Your LD Apartments Lisbon, Principe Real home is moments from sights, playgrounds and excellent restaurants. Principe Real is a captivating neighbourhood nestled in the heart of Lisbon. You get an authentic Lisbon experience with the best to offer for travellers and locals alike. This is the neighbourhood were Portuguese and international families live with many cool things to visit, eg. botanical gardens, miradors, weekly local market. within the children's playroom that also has two cots (one for babies up to 2 years and one from 2-7 years that has a side to prevent falling out) and loads of toys :)

- Large breakfast/dinning table and spacious living room to fit the whole family
- Apartment benefits from a garage, providing secure parking for one car (just 100m from the apartment entrance) - approximate measures are 5.57 m x 2.5 m (18.2 foot x 8.2 foot), maximum vehicle height < 2.5 m, please see pictures.
Bright, Welcoming and Perfect Location: Our first-floor apartment, accessed via staircase (no elevator), is bathed in Lisbon's enchanting natural light during the day. At night, the Portuguese shutters ensure a peaceful, restful sleep. The home has two main entrances with easy access to Principe Real. The apartment also benefits from car access. Take advantage of the complimentary garage. The apartment is very quiet while the areas around the apartment ~5 min walking is very lively especially at the weekends and you have plenty of options to eat out. My wife's favourite square is moments from the apartment, including two playgrounds for kids to enjoy!
Luxurious Amenities: We provide cotton sheets, duvets, and towels, and your final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can focus on enjoying Lisbon.
Extended Stays: For guests staying more than 7 days, we offer the convenience of arranging cleaning, bed sheet changes, and fresh towels upon request.
Family-Friendly: Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. Bedroom 4 is set up for "little ones" with two cots ready for your use and tons of toys/games to indulge! However, if you do not have children, we may lock this room for the duration of your stay. There is a couple of playgrounds within 5 min walking of the home, the main one is in Principe Real gardens.
Parking Availability: We offer exclusive guest parking with capacity for 1 car per reservation. Located about 280 meters away from the home (+-3 to 4min walk). Approximate measures are 5.57 m x 2.5 m (18.2 foot x 8.2 foot). Please refer to the pics and let us know in advance if access is needed.
Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of the applicable late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am).

Our stay in Lisbon was fantastic, and this Airbnb was the perfect home base for exploring the city! The central location made it easy to walk to so many great spots, and having a garage space available nearby was a huge bonus for our rental car. The home itself was spacious and easily accommodated our group of seven. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Overall, a great stay, and I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable spot in Lisbon!

We stayed for three nights with two boys, aged four and one. The apartment is well suited to family groups with small kids. There are lots of toys/space for the kids to move around and keep entertained. The place itself is really super. Comfortable, spotless, well equipped. The location is quiet, which was perfect for us. We travelled with the two grannies also. It is quite hilly in the locality but everywhere in Lisbon with such accommodation is. Travelling by tram is nice for a novelty but not reliable so we often got an Uber back from where we had spent the day. Overall I couldn’t recommend this apartment more. Felt safe and secure, didn’t want for anything and super attentive owner.

I'm here to make your stay as seamless as possible! While check-in and check-out typically fall after 3 pm and at 11 am, I'm flexible, especially with luggage arrangements based on other bookings. Kindly share your arrival/departure details, including your flight number, to facilitate a smooth check-in/check-out process. Please note while we are as flexible as possible this home does not offer self-check in and our check in times are between 9am and 7pm. By booking this home you accept these even if you booked the night before for early access and your welcome can only happen from 9am. We have a free parking spot for you in a garage about 100m from the apartment entrance. Please let us know in advance if you need parking. Let's work together to protect the environment: remember to switch off electrical equipment when not in use. Any maintenance issues? Notify us promptly for preventive action. Lastly, treat the flat like your own, and most importantly, have a fantastic and enjoyable stay in my apartment! - For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
