Extended Stays: For guests staying 10 nights or more, we offer the option of a mid-stay cleaning service, which includes fresh bed linens and towels. This service can be arranged for any day between the 4th and 6th day of your stay and must be scheduled at the time of check-in.
Additional Cleaning Services: If you would like extra cleaning or a change of linens during your stay, we're happy to arrange that for you. Please note that these services come with an additional charge. Just let us know your preference 48 hours in advance, and we'll schedule it at a time that suits you.
Family-Friendly: Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. If you need a complimentary baby cot or high chair, kindly let us know in advance. We loved the apartment, had everything we needed. qd we arrived we were greeted very well with some treats left by the host. In the building had Mr. Fernando who gave us all the support we needed and was very kind to us, gave us tips of good restaurants in the surroundings and was always ready to help us. The neighborhood is quiet and well organized, close to the train station and metro. It has shops, restaurants, beauty salon, supermarket. Adorei !! I indicate and will be back soon.

João and Cristina were extremely hospitable, eager to help, flexible with their check-in, and just kind. The place was immaculately clean and I wondered if anyone had ever stayed in it before me. I'd recommend staying in any of their available units.

Rental Regulations: To comply with Portugal's rental laws, the main guest must sign a simple rental agreement 📝, which will be sent before check-in. Access will not be granted without it. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in is usually after 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Let me know your arrival and departure details, including flight number, and I’ll be happy to accommodate flexible times where possible. 🧳 Late Check-In Fees: Late check-in fees apply if you don’t opt for self-check-in: EUR 25 (7:30 PM - Midnight) 🌙 EUR 35 (Midnight - 2:00 AM) 🌙 EUR 50 (2:00 AM - 9:00 AM) 🌅 Quiet Hours & Noise Considerations: Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM 🌙. As we are near the airport 🛫, occasional plane noise may be heard, though double-glazed windows help minimize it. Sustainability: Help us conserve energy by turning off electrical appliances when not in use ⚡. Report any maintenance issues promptly so we can take action. 🛠️ Your Peace of Mind: We strive to provide a smooth stay 🌟. If plans change, we recommend travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen events 🦠. Many credit cards also offer automatic travel insurance. 💳 Cancellation & Invoicing: Our standard cancellation policy applies. For an invoice, let us know before arrival 🗓️. If the invoice name differs from the booking name, please explain at the time of booking. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
