The host is good but as mentioned the aeroplane sound is very loud given that we have expected as the host honestly disclosed jn the description. We are light sleeper so we prefer sth more quieter. Appreciated the host response very quick and always trying to help. So it would be still a good stay for others.

Very responsive host, location close to the metro (blue line) easy to get to the centre of Lisbon, neighbourhood without much interest, good bedding, quiet and clean accommodation (just missing a larger pot and a dish that goes in the oven). The planes don't bother me at all, I actually love to see them pass, but if you are sensitive to planes, this place is not for you. They pass in the evening around 11:00 p.m. and until 5:00 a.m.

Very good week-long stay for tourism, a couple and two older children. The apartment is impeccable, in a recently renovated building, and well equipped. Efficient air conditioning in every room. Great WiFi. The host warned us that the apartment was noisy, it is actually just on the axis of the airport runway; not really disturbing but earplugs can be useful for sleeping. A few restaurants a few minutes' walk away including the legendary "Tia Matilde" traditional Portuguese cuisine. Supermarkets, pastelaria, close. The metro is a 15 minute walk but the 4 of us used Uber/Bolt instead, which is almost the same price. We discovered the Sete Rios train station 15' away (for Sintra for example), and long distance Rede Expressos bus (we did round trips to Setubal and Evora). The host is super responsive. We forgot a shirt, he arranged for us to get it back a week later when we returned from Porto

Have a great stay and highly recommend this apartment! Check-in was super easy thanks to the code lock, so we didn't need keys. Ideal for the four of us, everyone could come and go at any time. The location was perfect for us: close to the airport, the Catholic University and quickly in the centre. Everything necessary was available, and the air conditioning in every room was a real rescue in the heat! The rooms were also very spacious. Communication with the host was great! Quick and detailed answers, and we were even allowed to check out later. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. There’s no elevator (clearly stated), so consider that if you have heavy luggage. The host was very responsive and flexible with my check-in and check-out times. Would definitely stay again!

  • For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
