João was an outstanding host who truly went above and beyond. Communication was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish, and he even provided a beautifully put-together guide with the best spots to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks in Lisbon — an amazing and much-appreciated touch. The apartment itself was ultra clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. You can tell João genuinely cares about his guests and their experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Comfortable accommodation, easy to find and walking distance to restaurants and commerce. The apartment on the ground floor, the window cannot be kept open as the pedestrians look in through the window. But it didn't bother us. The planes flew low over the house, but the airplane noise only bothered when the windows were open. Only 15 minutes ride from the airport

everything was great, we went for a week for work. The only thing that bothers me a little is that it's a flight path, so there's airplane noise. Other than that, comfortable bed, very good bath, João was super quick to respond, kind, good towels, good sheets. all good. It makes no difference to me, but there is no room with a sofa and TV, so see if it makes sense to you. but in general, a 10.

Great host that communicated well and even allowed for an early check-in. The place is tidy, and had everything we needed. It's a nice neighbourhood that has lots of character. Decent windows keep out the sound of the planes/trains. It is on the ground floor - windows open to street level, so people passing can see in close up! Better to keep windows mostly closed.

I liked the apartment (space, furniture and cleanliness), but I think there should be black-out in the living room window (we would have more privacy), there was no container for the disposal of rubbish near the building (we had to walk to another street to dispose of rubbish) and they entered the apartment, without permission, while we were not in it (I did not think it was appropriate).
