João was an outstanding host who truly went above and beyond. Communication was smooth and thoughtful from start to finish, and he even provided a beautifully put-together guide with the best spots to watch the New Year’s Eve fireworks in Lisbon — an amazing and much-appreciated touch. The apartment itself was ultra clean, cozy, and very well maintained. Everything felt welcoming and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. You can tell João genuinely cares about his guests and their experience. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lisbon.

Comfortable accommodation, easy to find and walking distance to restaurants and commerce. The apartment on the ground floor, the window cannot be kept open as the pedestrians look in through the window. But it didn't bother us. The planes flew low over the house, but the airplane noise only bothered when the windows were open. Only 15 minutes ride from the airport

everything was great, we went for a week for work. The only thing that bothers me a little is that it's a flight path, so there's airplane noise. Other than that, comfortable bed, very good bath, João was super quick to respond, kind, good towels, good sheets. all good. It makes no difference to me, but there is no room with a sofa and TV, so see if it makes sense to you. but in general, a 10.

Great host that communicated well and even allowed for an early check-in. The place is tidy, and had everything we needed. It's a nice neighbourhood that has lots of character. Decent windows keep out the sound of the planes/trains. It is on the ground floor - windows open to street level, so people passing can see in close up! Better to keep windows mostly closed.

I liked the apartment (space, furniture and cleanliness), but I think there should be black-out in the living room window (we would have more privacy), there was no container for the disposal of rubbish near the building (we had to walk to another street to dispose of rubbish) and they entered the apartment, without permission, while we were not in it (I did not think it was appropriate).

Joao is a very welcoming and responsive host. The apartment is very well located, in terms of transport. Bus, metro, shops nearby. Very peaceful street and warm residents. We would recommend this modern and clean listing. We thank Joao for his hospitality and professionalism

The host has to correct some things in his page. It is not a 2 bedrooms is a single bedroom apartment. He converted the sitting room into a 2nd bedroom with a very uncomfortable sofa bed in it. So we had to use the kitchenette as the only social area. There was not a tv as in the picture, which we questioned and he said that he would put it there in the 2nd day of our stay and never did. I wouldn’t have booked it if the information was accurate. Money not well spent. However, It is good as a 1 bedroom and keeping the sitting room as a sitting room with a sofa bed and let the alternative to the guest.

Good apartment, excellent location, restores tes and supermarkets nearby. I missed channels only on television. Apartamento has good internet. We are easy to talk to host. Place difficult to find places to park. Great experience

Great stay in a brand new accommodation. the apartment is well furnished, comfortable and modern. The bed is comfortable, the shower has good water pressure, the kitchen is well equipped and its nice to have a few separate spaces. The neighbourhood is interesting and not your typical touristy area. Some great restaurants with really good prices. Only problem is parking! During the week you can only park (still paid) for 4 hours (officially). I parked 20 minute walk away for about 15 euro a day. Note that the apartment is right underneath the flight route of Lisbon airport. This means airplanes come over quite closely every few minutes. However, with the windows closed you can barely hear it. Furthermore the planes don't fly at night.
