Your apartment has recently been refurbished to give you the maximum comfort.The flat features air con (hot and cold), double glazed windows, 37'' Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with new devices including a Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge and freezer, induction hotplate, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and kitchen utensils.

The home has lift access and two main entrances with easy access to Chiado and Riverside in Cais do Sodre. The apartment has car access. For parking we recommend parking garages nearby.
Luxurious Amenities: We provide cotton sheets, duvets, and towels, and your final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can focus on enjoying Lisbon.
Extended Stays: For guests staying more than 7 days, we offer the convenience of arranging cleaning, bed sheet changes, and fresh towels upon request.

The apartment is very centrally located and well maintained as well as superbly equipped. Joao has always responded quickly to messages and helped us a lot to quickly solve some problems such as parking in front of the house. What we think is not clear enough from the description is that the apartment is very noisy (we were there from Thursday to Sunday). Live music and noise until 3:00 am and from 7:00 am glass recycling, street cleaning, etc. We are not sensitive, but that was too much for us.

We have rented this apartment for a 3 generations week in Lisabon and had a marvellous time. The apartment is very well located and easy to access, also for (grand)ma, who is less mobile - thanks to the elevator. The beds are good and the living room with the open kitchen is really nice. One of us has asthma but there was no issue thanks to the tiles on the floor and as it is very clean. The host is super helpful with really good and nice tips that made our days in Lisabon extra special. Thank you for making our stay unforgettable. Obrigada

Lovely, spacious genuine 3 bed apartment in a very convenient location for pretty much everything. Pre check in comms were excellent with lots of pro active comms from the owner and manager. Check in was personal - with David there to greet us, explain the entrances and give us some tips on local convenience stores. Issues in the flat before we arrived (a broken drawer) were confirmed before check in as it wasn’t possible to fix. I appreciated the up front acknowledgment of this. Apartment had everything we needed. It is noisy though as mentioned in the description. Youre a few steps from Pink Street and attached to some bars and restaurants so it is to be expected for the convenience - but we were disturbed a few times each night by rowdy revellers. Not an issue for us - by YMMV. Aircon excellent. And it was needed. Bathroom showers need a deep clean around base of doors but other than that it was very clean. Would book again if we were back in Lisbon.

While check-in and check-out typically fall after 3 pm and at 11 am, I'm flexible, especially with luggage arrangements based on other bookings. Kindly share your arrival/departure details, including your flight number, to facilitate a smooth check-in/check-out process. Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am), applicable if not opting for self-check-in during these hours. Help keep a peaceful environment between 10 pm-8 am for the benefit of your neighbors. Potential for Noise: Please do note that given its unique & super central location, the master bedroom might be exposed to noise during the evenings and at night, especially on weekends. While we continue to improve noise insulation, we do not recommend this room to light sleepers. Instead for light sleepers the best bedrooms in the home will be the other two facing the other street. Let's work together to protect the environment: remember to switch off electrical equipment when not in use. Any maintenance issues? Notify us promptly for preventive action. Lastly, treat the flat like your own, and most importantly, have a fantastic and enjoyable stay in my apartment! - For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
