Very clean, new, everything funcional. Nice local street but walkable to lots of restaurants and shopping etc. Close to 7 rios which is a major transport hub. Good shower, wifi worked well, as did aircon. Kitchen small but well equipped for basics. Comfortable double bed although the sofa bed was very hard and you could feel the wooden structure below. Maybe good for a very small child but not for my 15 yo. Host sent clear instructions and was responsive. One thing I found slightly annoying was needing to sign a separate contract although it is highlighted in the terms and conditions and airbnb confirmed it was legitimate. Once I'd received clarification from the host and airbnb this was fine for me, but it would have been helpful to have it sent earlier than the morning of check in. As laid out in the description it is on the flight path but this did not bother us - the double glazed windows minimize the sound although that does mean choosing between fresh air or sound reduction.

As we are near the airport 🛫, occasional plane noise may be heard, though double-glazed windows help minimize it. Sustainability: Help us conserve energy by turning off electrical appliances when not in use ⚡. Report any maintenance issues promptly so we can take action. 🛠️ Your Peace of Mind: We strive to provide a smooth stay 🌟. If plans change, we recommend travel insurance for coverage against unforeseen events 🦠. Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
