• Living room: One sleeping couch, we have installed temporary blinds that will block some not all light, please be mindful of this if you are planning on using the sleeping couch and please let us know at booking if this is the case so we can make a note of it for your check in

Your Comfort is Our Priority at LD Apartments Lisbon - Downtown GemBright and Welcoming: Our second-floor apartment, accessed via a staircase (no elevator), is bathed in Lisbon's enchanting natural light during the day. The terrace catches sun throughout the day. At night, the Portuguese shutters ensure a peaceful, restful sleep.
Luxurious Amenities: We provide cotton sheets, duvets, and towels, and your final cleaning is included in your stay, so you can focus on enjoying Lisbon.
Extended Stays: For guests staying more than 7 days, we offer the convenience of arranging cleaning, bed sheet changes, and fresh towels upon request.
Family-Friendly: Families with children of all ages are warmly welcomed. If you need a complimentary baby cot or high chair, kindly let us know in advance. If you share their ages with us, we'll ensure we have toys suitable for their age group. There is a small playground within 1-2 walking minutes and water fountains within 3 minutes, aside from the fact that the escalators up to the castle and the start of tram 28 are a mere 1 minute away :)
Parking: There is paid street parking surrounding the apartment and also an underground parking 1 min away. If traveling by car I do recommend you to park in a parking lot.
Late Check in Fees: Please be aware of late check-in fees—EUR 25 (7:30pm-midnight), EUR 35 (midnight-2am), EUR 50 (2am-9am), applicable if not opting for self-check-in during these hours.

Overall we were very pleased with our stay! Everything was clean and Alexander and his team were incredibly responsive. The location was on a very busy street which was not ideal for us however it was very close to a subway station and clean and safe parking garage which was ideal. We would definitely stay again!

We had a few lovely sunny days visiting Lisbon. The apartment was very good, well stocked, clean and with comfortable beds. The windows have excellent blackout shutters. We didn’t need the ac or heating so can’t comment. The walls are a little thin so you can hear other apartments movement. We used ear plugs and this helped. The outdoor terrace is a nice bonus. Fernando met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful with excursion suggestions. Our only downside was the area was too noisy and didn’t feel appropriate for us (family with 2 kids). Lots of people hanging around and some evidence of drug taking (and a resulting brief street fight). That said we didn’t feel particularly unsafe, more just would have preferred for our kids not to see it. The area probably more suited to groups of friends or couples. It’s very central so easy to get to everywhere from.

I'm here to make your stay as seamless as possible! While check-in and check-out typically fall after 3 pm and at 11 am, I'm flexible, especially with luggage arrangements based on other bookings. Kindly share your arrival/departure details, including your flight number, to facilitate a smooth check-in/check-out process. Help keep a peaceful environment between 10 pm-8 am for the benefit of your neighbors. Let's work together to protect the environment: remember to switch off electrical equipment when not in use. Any maintenance issues? Notify us promptly for preventive action. Lastly, treat the flat like your own, and most importantly, have a fantastic and enjoyable stay in my apartment! Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
