If it's possible, Russell will meet you at a pre-arranged time to check you in and show you around and how things work. Alternatively, there is a key safe/lockbox for you to let yourself in and lock up when you leave.
Where there are wild animals around care and caution must be taken with them, regardless of how tame they appear to be. Never attempt to touch them or feed them by hand.
No fires can be left unattended and if there is wind it is best not to make an open fire. All fires, regardless of wind or not, must be properly doused before leaving them unattended.
It is not safe to venture out in the dark or early mornings, especially on your own.
