Casa Lovisa Casasol is one of 30 houses in the pleasant urbanization of Santo Tomás in Nerja.

On the main floor are the living room. Tv with more than 190 International Channels and a High-Speed Fiber Internet.

The fully equipped brand-new kitchen is in bright and spacious open floor plan with sofas, dining area and it has everything you might need to make the most of your vacation, such as induction hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.

On this level you will also find a small bathroom with shower.

The south facing terrace has awesome views of the sea and a direct access to the pool. The large patio in the north gives nice refreshment on hot summer days.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with fresh bedding and new six cm thick "memory foam" top mattresses for comfort. "Master bedroom" has two 90x200 beds with 90 top mattresses. Bedroom 2 has two 90x200 beds with 90 top mattresses. The beds can be furnished either as single beds or a double bed, as desired. Bedroom 3 has two 90x190 beds with 90 top mattresses. These can also be furnished as single beds or double.

Also, a newly renovated bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine (with integrated dryer). There is also an iron and ironing board and a hair dryer.

Upstairs, from the small balcony, you will also enjoy the stunning views of the Mediterranean.

The private pool is 120-140 cm deep and has a size of 4,3x3 meters.

The house is 600 meters from Burriana Beach. It takes about 7 minutes to go there, longer to go home with an upwards incline, it's the price you pay for the amazing view! You walk to the city's central neighbourhoods in about 30 minutes, but there are also bus stop outside the area. A large supermarket (Mercadona) can be reached in about 10 minutes.

We can organize your pick-up at the airport and, if you have a late arrival, a Welcome Pack can be ordered a Welcome Pack if you arrive later.

Personal Check in: The day of arrival your Host Manager will personally meet you on site to hand over the keys and explain all the advantages about Nerja and this exceptional house.

The house itself was as we had hoped. In theory we had a pool, a terrace to relax and look at the sea in the distance but sadly the reality of the surroundings and pool didn’t match the description. The nearby building works meant the access to the house is via a dirt track as the main road is closed off because of machinery. This track was used daily for construction delivery lorry’s. The company who rent out the house apologised. It would be helpful to know that there’s building work in the listing as most guests like ourselves look forward to a relaxing break whist on Holiday. Finally the pool was at times unusable due to the dirt, possibly dust from the building work or just not being maintained well. Most of these issues are not the fault of the owner, but are never the less a reality for anyone wishing to stay in the house. I don’t take writing a review like this lightly but it’s important to share these issues.

So happy with the place. The pool was a plus, after the walk home from the beach a dip was needed after the climb. There was just what was needed in the house. I want to go here more often.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Louisa! A house with all comforts, well equipped kitchen, with good beds, a nice swimming pool, 2 terraces, a bbq and beautiful sea view! In addition, it is at walking distance of the beach and center of Nerja, but is in a somewhat quieter part.

Our stay was really wonderful. We felt right at home. The view of the sea, the pool, the two terraces, as well as the perfectly equipped kitchen have made our holiday perfect. We would definitely return!
