This is a simple studio apartment in a good location, not far from the beach and town centre. There is a sleeping area separated from the rest of the studio by a wall that nearly reaches the ceiling. Although this does not make for a separate bedroom it breaks up the space somewhat. There are lovely views over the community garden and pool towards the sea and the building benefits from a residents? parking area (although a space cannot be guaranteed).

I think the apartment is very expensive for what it is. Upon arrival in the apartment, a foul smell stuck throughout the apartment and it came from the pipes. The issue was then resolved. The single beds are very uncomfortable and make a lot of noise. The person from the CasaSol agency who welcomed us was in a hurry and didn't take the time to tour the apartment with us. She gave us a set of keys for 2 and when we left to ask her colleague for the double, she came with the keys and left with the keys… The day of the arrival was therefore catastrophic. I find the apartment expensive for the standing offered. We paid €1200 for a banal apartment, except for the view of the sea that catches up very slightly. I am disappointed with my stay in this apartment and do not recommend it.

The apartment is great. Saltwater pool and perfect location. One step from downtown and beachfront. We will repeat for sure.

As seen in the photos. A fairly nice apartment with an unbeatable location with everything you might need. If I had to put on any sticks, I would say it could be a little more modernized.
