We stayed in the Sea N Rent and the place is exactly what is described and in photos. Easy to find, easy instructions and lovely location of the place. The host is responsive in all questions and communicated each time. Clean and everything is provided as what is written in the amenities. All in al we had a wonderful stay in Sea N Rent. 😁

Perfect location! Very well-equipped and very spacious apartment. There is no Tammy 4 or water facility. Apart from the fact that we had to add more VAT at the end of the order, our stay was very perfect.

When we checked in, the jacuzzi was dirty with hair and sand. They called a cleaner, of course it became cleaner, but it was not washed thoroughly, it remained greenish. And then the host contacted me personally and asked for a fee for the alleged additional guests, who were not there. What confused me and spoiled the experience. And after checking out, I saw that he charged a fine of $300 for noise and damage, allegedly requiring additional cleaning due to the large number of guests and noise, which the residents of the house complained about. I attached a photo of the chat screen of the residents of the house, where the residents complained about the noise in the apartment on the first floor, where the holiday was held. And there was a photo of the balls from the children's birthday party, which were lying at the entrance and were from the children's birthday party, which was just held on the first floor. This had nothing to do with our accommodation. I rejected the fine. The host did not apologize for the misunderstanding. And after you leave the apartment clean and take out the trash, the dishes are in the dishwasher.

A unreliable place is not serious and not responsible I booked through the site and when I am already on the way I get an email that the place is not available without explanation and without any further message the phone answer was not and so I stayed on the street I had to return while losing my money

nice place. we enjoyed it . we had to call several times to get them to replace the gas for the grill. grill was also very dirty, we needed to clean it before use. hot tub was not hot when we arrived, even after we specifically asked, and no communication about it until I complained. bottom line, it is a nice place and we would stay there again, but know that you need to be on top of them to get them to fix the problem.

A neat and clean penthouse, the kitchen is fully equipped, the view is really beautiful and the rooms are big and comfortable. The balcony is large with a clean and fun hot tub Highly recommend
