Well appointed apartment, in good condition. The place was clean and tidy upon arrival. The rooms are reasonably large for TLV apts, bathrooms are small but functional. Parking is a huge plus in this location, note that a compact car is best suited for the parking spot. (I was able to get in with a standard car, but it is very tight.) Located steps away from the Beach and near a multitude of restaurants and grocery and convenience stores. Check-in process was not a fun experience, we did not receive the check-in instructions/information until after we landed in Israel after a long international flight. I had to text and call multiple times on three different communication platforms that they use in order to get the full set of instructions. Once we got in, we were set. I'd rent from them again but would encourage the host to modify their check-in process.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. We booked and paid for this apartment only to find out days later that it was not available. Instead, they tried downgrading us to a smaller 2 bedroom. When asked about another 3 bedroom available on Airbnb from them, it was ALSO unavailable, even though the listing was still available on Airbnb. Seems like they have MANY apartments on Airbnb that aren’t available, and they leave them active just to do a bait and switch on you. There are also other hosts that list the EXACT same apartments! The worst part of all - they did NOT want to give me a refund for days despite my numerous attempts. I needed to book another place for my family but had to scramble until the last second to book something else since I was still waiting for the refund. They were hoping I would cancel the reservation and lose money, completely unacceptable. Airbnb support wasn’t much help either, so I was stuck. One of the most stressful days because of them.
