Our spacious villa in Bradenton accommodates up to 6 guests, featuring 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all tastefully furnished in a bright and welcoming style.
Situated within a gated golf community, you can enjoy exclusive access to various amenities by acquiring a temporary membership during your stay. Riverstrand Golf and Country Club.
Unwind in the fully screened pool area with a spa, which can be heated for an additional fee of $100 plus 13% tax per week.
You can purchase a limited membership to use the golf course, community pool and other facilities.
Transfer Membership Fee $535.00 plus 7% sales tax (as of 01/16/2025).
To help you settle in well, we provide you with a basic supply of essential items. These include toilet paper, kitchen roll, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and a small quantity of bin bags.
If you need more during your stay, you can buy additional supplies in nearby supermarkets.
For hygienic reasons, snorkeling equipment is not provided.
Another thing to note is that due to Florida having a tropical climate, there are tropical insects, amphibians, etc.
The space is treated regularly for pests however, you may come across a palmetto bug, mosquitos, nats, etc.
During storms, we tend to find that insects and other critters like mice can
and will invade spaces to escape the rain. While we do take precautions to keep these critters out, it is sometimes out of our control and they may sneak in.

Additionally, the beautiful white sandy beaches of Anna Maria Island or Siesta Key are just a 40-minute drive away.You can purchase a limited membership to use the golf course, community pool and other facilities.

Important: For stays of more than 4 weeks, an intermediate cleaning is obligatory for the tenant every 4 weeks. This will be charged to the guest. The maximum occupancy of the house is 6 people (including children and babies). A maximum of 2 cars may be parked on the property. Pool Heat costs 100$+13% Tax per week (Poolheat settings to Pool 86°F and Spa to 104°F) In order to ensure that everything runs smoothly and for insurance reasons, we ask you to provide us with the full names, dates of birth and home addresses of all guests staying in the house after booking.
