Great location close to the train station and major sights. Our host welcomed us with a smile despite a slight delay on our part, and with a bottle of Chianti as a welcome. The apartment is convenient for a short stay but I would not recommend it for a longer stay if you suffer even a little claustrophobia. The "balcony" overlooks the inner courtyard and is too small to enjoy, the living room is a little spoiled (stains on the paint on the walls, kitchen table with damaged paint). The kitchen equipment is really basic and would ask to be renewed.

Very positive experience. The location is great, a 10-minute walk from the Accademia Gallery, the S.M.N. station and the Duomo. Since I arrived late (10pm), I had to go through their office to get the keys, but the office is very close to the apartment and the instructions were very clear. In addition, the host was always very courteous and helpful. I would definitely come back.

Everything went well, the apartment is located very close to the whole sightseeing route and visits to Florence. Everything is done by walking in 15m max. One night there was noise until 00h in the upstairs apartment where there was a family with children making noise. Everything else is excellent.

The place is amazingly located 7-10 minutes walk from Central Station. Minutes away from Mercato Centrale, which I cant recommend enough visiting. Very close to Duomo de Firenze. The check in / out process was very easy, but I found strange to have to leave the keys always in the lockbox. I assume they had guests lose the keys. Slightly outdated from the pictures, but overall was a good location for us.

Location was very close to train station and directions to apartment made it easy to find. There are stairs to apartment so may be difficult for some to climb. Suggest giving information regarding lights in the hallway/stairs to apartment when sending check in instructions. We had some difficulty getting the correct way to open and close the doors to access apartment but felt very secure. The sofa bed didn’t open not sure if we didn’t figure it out but we didn’t use it. The sofa bed is stained and should either be cleaned well or replaced. There is a small washer on balcony but VERY tight space between washer and railings. We didn’t use it. Host was very responsive and always answered any of my questions. Below apartment on street level we were able to reserve space for a pasta and gelato cooking class which was one of the best parts of our stay. For location and basic necessities, I would recommend this apartment but would ask host to update sofa bed.

It is a great accommodation! In addition to being nice, it was very tidy and clean, with everything you need to feel comfortable. It had everything to prepare food and to get a little more warm. Highly recommended to enjoy Florence, which is very nice. Used stairs, not elevator (it's just second floor), it's about 2 min from a gourmet market

The flat is in an amazing location - 2 minutes from the food market and 5 minutes to the Duomo. There are loads of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. The flat was comfortable and had everything you needed. However, some aspects of the flat were a bit worn. There were some water stains on the wall and the table had a lots of chip marks. A bit of updating and this flat would be absolutely perfect!

Super walkable to the nearby leather market, great area for souvenir shopping. Lots of restaurants nearby. This place had the most pillows out of everywhere we stayed on our 16 day Italy trip. Very comfortable bed and apartment.

Accommodation very very well placed in the center of Florence, all the visits were able to be done on foot. Very lively neighborhood but the accommodation overlooks a very quiet inner courtyard.

Apartment perfectly in line with the advertisement. Very clean, good bedding, particularly quiet because it overlooks an inner courtyard. All the tourist spots are on foot. The instructions given by the agency allowed us a very easy check-in despite a late hour. We recommend it!

A nice little apartment, in the middle of Florence at the large market hall. Everything important is in the house and what is not there can be obtained from Späti around the corner. The only thing we didn't like was the temperature of the shower. She would have tolerated a stronger hot jet. Otherwise, everything is tip-top.

We stayed at Sea n' Rent apartment for a few nights while on our stay in Florence. Since we were travelling by train, the location was very important to us. It was easy to reach and find from the train station. The city centre with all its attractions was easily accessible by foot. The bus stop that you can take to go to the other side of the river was also just around the corner, as well as the large central market where you can buy all the tasty food you can think of. The check in was very easy. Francesca left very clear instructions for us for an easy check in. She is very friendly and responded fast to our questions. The apartment is very cute and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed for a nice stay in Florence. The apartment is facing an inner courtyard, so, at night it was very quite and private, even though it is located so centrally. I am recommending this apartment for anyone who wants to stay in comfort for a few days in Florence.

Beautiful place! The place was exactly as presented in the pictures, also it was very walkable from the train station which saved us some money and convenience throughout the trip. It was clean and safe to walk in the area and right in the heart of anything. The host was great, good communication and also had a little guidebook that helped explain the unit and also the surrounding area. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family or stay again if I came back to Florence. Thank you for the beautiful stay!

This apartment was perfectly located to walk the city of Florence. Right in the hear of the city but still very quiet. Comfortable and clean - would 100% stay here again. The host was very accommodating and helpful with all aspects of the rental process.
