Property is well located being just 10 mins away from Expo, 15 mins to JBR and about 30 min taxi from the airport. It's also right next to a Metro stop giving more options for getting around. Check in/out process was easy and when we had a problem with the internet, David was quick to send someone round to resolve. The property itself is a little tired/worn in places and it could do with a bit of a deep clean as areas like the ensuite bathroom and kitchen felt quite dirty. It's also not very well equipped; despite there being 2 large wardrobes, there were no hangers to hang clothes. The kitchen equipment is basic and cleaning supplies were limited, we ended up buying sponges and drying clothes ourselves.

The swimming pool was closed when we arrived. This was not made clear to us. The apartment is made up of two rooms, one room has a king bed, the other, two small singles (NOT the double advertised). No cleaning had taken place before our arrival. The place was filthy, with food on cupboards, dirty corners in every room. Mould issue in all bedrooms. Bathroom ceiling is damaged due to a leak from upstairs. Whole place needs a good sprucing up to bring it in line with what anybody would expect. We had to report this to AirBnB who refunded us for all unspent nights, and we have moved somewhere that is just as advertised.

Place was comfortable, convenient to metro and was properly well maintained however we haven’t had wifi for my last 2 days of trip which caused lot of trouble . In the description they gave 24/7 service but nobody picked the call. We had issues with setting up TV, Gas and wifi but nobody responded properly. Felt they were trying to escape from the situation which i felt really unprofessional.
