What i can say most about staying in this airbnb is Dennis. He was ALWAYS so responsive no matter How many times i contacted him or the lateness of the hour, he responded with grace very pleasant. The how was wonderful and perfect for our family. Spacious yet cozy.

The condo had multiple maintenance issues that kept us from enjoying our stay. Most disruptive was that electricity wasn't working to the master bedroom, bathroom, washing machine, or smoke detectors. Resetting the breaker would only temporarily fix the problem, which would reoccur and cause emergency flood lights to come on waking us all up. This took 48 hrs to fix. In addition the grill , dishwasher, fridge ice maker, and sink garbage disposal were broken. Wall mounted shelving & shampoo dispensers in one bedroom/bathroom were poorly attached and fell down. The host was notified, and a repairmen needed to visit multiple times to fix things, although the dishwasher was never fixed. Airbnb support recommended the host issue a partial refund due to all these issues that were documented with photos/videos. The host refused initially, then when pressed by Airbnb offered only $16 off a $1300 stay. This was unreasonable given the circumstances. I'd not recommend this unit or host.
