Overall, our stay was okay. The place itself is the perfect size for a small family. There was noticeable wear and tear, and a trash bag was left in the front of the house upon arrival. The most disappointing thing is that we paid extra for the hot tub to be heated ($100+ total), and it never warmed up during our stay. I repeatedly reached out so this could be fixed, but I constantly got what felt like AI generated responses. We never got to use the hot tub, so I requested a full refund, which I am still waiting on the response. Would I come back? Probably not. If you’re looking for a decent place for your family to lay their heads, then this might be the place for you. I would suggest not paying extra for any amenity!

Overall, we were disappointed with our stay given the price and expectations at booking. A main reason we chose this property was the hot tub, so it was frustrating to learn on arrival that using it required an additional $35 per day fee for the entire stay, which was not clearly communicated beforehand. We also experienced cleanliness issues, including hairs in the bed, stained blankets, and a first-floor bathroom that did not appear thoroughly cleaned. The Wi-Fi connection frequently cut out, making streaming difficult. The IPTV service showed more commercials than programming, and we were unable to use Netflix or other streaming services because they were set in another language without an easy way to change it. The home is close to a main road, so traffic noise was noticeable, and noise from neighbors carried easily. I also contacted the host to ask about using the resort pool and its hours but did not receive a response. With better communication and improved cleaning standar

Very clean , beautiful space , right next to the gas stations and restaurants. But the HOT tub is indeed cold , nothing is mentioned about there being a fee to heat the HOT tub , but was told there was when I mentioned it was cold . Definitely disappointed because we booked because of the hot tub . Overall a good stay .

Loved my stay here, really nice house. Only complaint I guess would be that the initial code for the gate did not work, although got it resolved in minutes. Would definitely stay again, lots to do in the area. Hot tub was great. Plenty of beds and bathrooms as well.

The place was great — everything was exactly as described and we really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing I would note is that the hot tub had a very strong chlorine odor, and it was so concentrated that it actually changed the color of our clothes. If the chlorine levels could be adjusted a bit, the experience would be perfect. Overall, a wonderful stay with just one small area for improvement!

Great place to stay. Very fresh and modern, clean. Couldn't fault it. Will stay here again when we return. Close enough to get to the i4 to the parks, right by a few shops and food outlets. It is very near a busy road though, so the smaller rooms can be quite bright.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Davenport! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to Orlando attractions but in a quiet neighborhood that made it easy to relax after long days out. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super smooth.

House was clean. Exactly as described Good location. Very user friendly Only problem we had was we were given the wrong gate key number We called the agent who was not helpful at all. Basically said this is the number we have so go find another way in We tried but couldnt find another entrance. We called agsin only to be told sorry cant help . The lady was very unhelpful and basically said nothing i can do We waited 15 minutes untill amother guest showed up and gave us the correct key code. We called the agent and told her the new code, but she just couldnt be bothered Other than that everything else was great

This place was just as pictured!! Super clean and presentable. The beds were so perfect after a day full of activities; extremely comfortable! Absolutely loved the gated area and it was easy to access and there was security 24/7. So close to restaurants as well as a grocery store and CVS. I absolutely loved this place and so did my family. I highly recommend! 10/10

Dennis was very responsive and the home looks just as the pictures. Would definitely recommend to others. And the property is in a great location next to local stores and restaurants . My only suggestion is that the property pave the entry way soon.

Forensics: House was new, it looked like no one had stayed in the house yet, a location next to a supermarket, 15 minutes from Disney. Negative Points: The condominium is open, it has no security, it did not seem like a vacation home, as soon as I arrived there, there was a strange person at the door drinking and listening to music it seems like they lived there, the place is very noisy outside the noise of the avenue these neighbors who saw the night there, I found it very inconvenient to feel unsafe because I did not know for sure if they lived there or if they were going to drink, the blinds the black out was not so efficient rooms were clear, it was very cold in the days that we were left and there were no blankets only, the machine house stayed beside the room which made a lot of noise.
