The space

We would recommend adding pool and spa heat to your reservation between the months of November and April.**
Curl up on the plush leather sectional in the living room and settle in for a movie night on the flat-screen TV. If the group can’t agree on a movie, the upstairs loft area has additional living space. This living room features a massive sectional couch, another flat-screen TV, foosball table and wet bar for mixing up yummy cocktails and mocktails.
The envy of home chefs, the fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need for prepping breakfast, dinner and everything in between. You’ll appreciate the granite counters, tons of cabinet space and stainless-steel appliances. A huge center island offers extra prep space, as well as additional seating at four barstools. From sitting down to a home-cooked meal to bonding over board games, the 10-person dining room table has room for everyone to gather around.
The first bedroom features a handsome king bed, extra storage and an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower and soaking tub. It even has a convenient door out to the patio and pool area, so you don’t have to drip pool water through the rest of the house. A queen bed and neutral beach décor outfit the second bedroom, while the third bedroom has another king bed and en-suite bathroom with double sinks.
Beachy vibes create a relaxing atmosphere in the fourth bedroom, which comes with a king bed and another en-suite bathroom with double sinks and walk-in shower. Kids will love the fifth bedroom, where chic Mickey décor makes the room both cute and classic. The sixth bedroom is also great for slumber parties, with a twin-over-full bunk bed and nautical theme. Both the seventh and eighth bedrooms have queen beds and pretty décor with blue and green jewel tones. They share a jack-and-jill bathroom with tub/shower combination. Two more bathrooms – one with a walk-in shower and one with double sinks – round out the sleeping spaces.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The good: I felt like I was walking into a model home initially everything was very well staged, all of the rooms, the linens the towels were very, very clean. The bathrooms the floors the carpets were thoroughly cleaned.. the not so good: we had a really hard time getting through the security gate after we got in from a very long day of travel. We had to cross the street multiple times in order for the security guard to let us in, The security guard had to cross the street numerous times. Upon calling in a gate code was provided. The gate code should be provided along with the door code before check-in in order to avoid these issues. The pool appeared to have a slow leak but was cleaned by pool boy. Ants were coming in. I believe through the window Dennis and team did ask if we would like this serviced while we were there, but since we had children, we refused. Besides these minor hiccups, we will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The house was very spacious and easily accommodated my family of nine adults and two children. My family really enjoyed the pool and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked everything you may need. The location of the home was great, there were many stores and restaurants nearby. Dennis is a great host! He is very responsive and professional. I'd highly recommend booking this place. My family is already making plans to return soon!

I stayed in this home with my family over July 4th week. We had a great time, the house was big enough to accommodate everyone. My only complaints were the couple of mishaps we ran into. The jacuzzi jets did not work and the pool water was oddly warm then at one point the pool jets stopped working and the pool became murky. The upstairs AC unit stopped working, then when fixed it worked for two days before stopping again. The heat was unbearable on the second floor. At one point the keypad lock for the house turned off and did not want to let us into the house. Overall the house needs some maintenance but Dennis did his very best to fix the issues and responded quickly when messaged about the mishaps. Dennis was great with communication.
