Great spacious property close to Disney. The place looked like the pictures. We were a group of 9 women, and everyone had their personal space. Six bathrooms was great for our group. TVs in every room with Roku access. Gated community and near the front gate. Dennis checked us during our stay to ensure that everything was well. Clear and concise instructions regarding the property was sent in advance. A gate access card key was given during the stay.

I loved everything about the house it was just as pictured on the website site. Only problem I had was the AC went out on the top level up the house but Dennis sent maintenance within minutes of me reaching out. I would most definitely stay here again. Thank you!

The house was beautiful and within walking distance of the clubhouse. There was plenty of space for all twelve of us. Small issues were addressed right away. There were only two things I'd suggest be addressed: the dryer takes awhile to dry and the downstairs master bedroom mattress is a little hard. Otherwise, the stay was great.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The good: I felt like I was walking into a model home initially everything was very well staged, all of the rooms, the linens the towels were very, very clean. The bathrooms the floors the carpets were thoroughly cleaned.. the not so good: we had a really hard time getting through the security gate after we got in from a very long day of travel. We had to cross the street multiple times in order for the security guard to let us in, The security guard had to cross the street numerous times. Upon calling in a gate code was provided. The gate code should be provided along with the door code before check-in in order to avoid these issues. The pool appeared to have a slow leak but was cleaned by pool boy. Ants were coming in. I believe through the window Dennis and team did ask if we would like this serviced while we were there, but since we had children, we refused. Besides these minor hiccups, we will definitely stay again. Thank you.

The house was very spacious and easily accommodated my family of nine adults and two children. My family really enjoyed the pool and it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked everything you may need. The location of the home was great, there were many stores and restaurants nearby. Dennis is a great host! He is very responsive and professional. I'd highly recommend booking this place. My family is already making plans to return soon!

I stayed in this home with my family over July 4th week. We had a great time, the house was big enough to accommodate everyone. My only complaints were the couple of mishaps we ran into. The jacuzzi jets did not work and the pool water was oddly warm then at one point the pool jets stopped working and the pool became murky. The upstairs AC unit stopped working, then when fixed it worked for two days before stopping again. The heat was unbearable on the second floor. At one point the keypad lock for the house turned off and did not want to let us into the house. Overall the house needs some maintenance but Dennis did his very best to fix the issues and responded quickly when messaged about the mishaps. Dennis was great with communication.

Spacious home. Does need a few touch ups on paint and some decor rips and tears nothing major just cosmetics. Overall everyone enjoyed themselves. We will definitely return.

My family and I took a quick trip to Kissimmee for the weekend. This house was absolutely amazing! Check in was a breeze. The location was convenient. We visited the resort bar and pool area as well. Everything was nice. I would highly recommend this house for families requiring more than enough space.

The whole house was Immaculate when I say it was more than I could have ever asked for when we walkedi in. The whole family was in amazement of how big and clean and roomy and modern it was perfect we had more than enough room for everyone to have their own private space and time for the family to get together. It was well worth more than what we paid we got our money's worth and so much more everything!! So convenient to stores Walmart two seconds away .Everything was up to par I can't thank you enough Dennis for making sure that our stay was so memorable we will definitely be back again . Loved the whole house!

Never again will I or my family stay there or book with them again. No one every came to check on there employees on the 1st , 2nd or 3rd time of complaining about the filth after cleaning teams supposedly cleaned. Why would u continue to pay them if they don’t do their jobs. Yet twice they mention about how great their cleaning teams are. Our comforter had the person’s makeup on it. COVID!!! They make you believe you are getting this beautiful home and then stick you in something totally opposite. FALSE advertisement!!!!!!

I will return but probably not the same unit , it was horribly left filthy by the ppl who check out before I arrived, the house wasn’t ready for us when we arrived my kids had been in a van for 16+ hrs but they did apologize for the mess and the condition of the house . The pool wasn’t heated it’s just the hot tub but it lasts only 15 on then cold 🥶 water comes out so defeats the purpose . The unit it self just needs to be updated and re painted . But other than that dennis did respond quickly and took care of things we needed .

I would not rent this home again! The traffic is horrible and the host took $75.00 from me an the guards did not allow me to check in early. This house was dirty, the carpet was dirty, the glass door and window ceil was dirty. When the owner was contacted my the guard they never responded. They put my guest at a different address causing them to not be able to get in. The guard (a older caucasian male)at the gate is so rude! He does not say hello, greet you and he wants you to roll the window down to shoe him the bright red pass and he had his mask under his chin which could spread covid 19. I DID NOT get my money's worth (1,000.00) im very disappointed

Upon arrival a trash bag filled with dirty linen was found in the doorway. Every room had stained and dirty sheets. Beds filled with hair and even dirty makeup wipes. Trash and nicotine pods in rooms that were clearly not even vacuumed. Walls and doors were covered in dirt and smudges of makeup and marker. There were walls with holes and more. I paid for 10am early checkin. I received no door code or gate code, only to have to call someone and have them send the instructions and codes. I was not able to even get to the house until 1130am and even then the door code they supplied did not work. I had to call another time to receive a new one.....which only lasted 24 hours and I found myself locked out again and had to call for another code. I would not stay here unless you want to have a dirt home and put a lot of money just to have to clean the sheets and comforters with your own store bough soap and bleach

This was a very beautiful and spacious house however the cleanliness of the house wasn't up to par, some of the rooms had bugs and the sheets were stained and something's were broken that needs to be fixed. I would stay again because the house is very beautiful but some serious maintenance needs to be done.

I will definitely place this company on my list to not rent from. The customer service representative Jon is really lacking the main skill, customer service. The home could use more pots and pans and the cleaning crew is evidently spot cleaning. For the amount you all charge per night there shouldn't be a reason why the renters would need to buy pots, pans, dish clothes and definitely shouldn't have to clean the home immediately after arriving.

Not thrilled with our stay. A big draw was the hot tub and it was broken. When asked about fixing it they said they probably couldn’t in time. We were just given the pool heat fee back but they turned off the heat for the pool. So there was no compensation for this inconvenience. Also there was blood splatter on the baseboard of the upstairs bathroom we asked for it to be cleaned Friday morning, was told it would be. Still there Friday evening. Asked again Saturday morning , told someone would be there in 2 hours. No one showed. Emailed again and finally someone care. Also no compensation for this. The location is too far from the airport in my opinion it’s an hour drive. Not my favorite Airbnb experience. They have a gated community but it was confusing. Could not find the gate guard and had to wait a while to get in. Not close to amenities . Just overall not great.

If you want precious moments and yet personal space this home is for you! AND it is definitely kid friendly! Great location, but we didn’t want to leave the resort because of the super amenities. Our grandchildren wanted to stay there rather than go to Disney!

Dennis responds quickly and answers any questions you may have. Dennis’s home is Spectacular. The area is Perfect and the Amenities was Great. The home was the best I’ve rented. Big house, nicely decorated. Cleaning could be improved since it had feces visible on one of the toilets. Plenty of various hair on the bathroom floors and the carpets need serious cleaning. Beds and towels were clean. Pool area is nice. Missed welcome information in the house and needed to ask around how to get access to the gate. You don’t get it from the security guard, visit the welcome center when they are open.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this home during our most recent trip to Orlando. We had 4 generations on our trip and everyone (including the babies) were so happy with this home and it's amenities. We got a great deal staying during the week. The house was spotless, we didnt get to spend time at the clubhouse or pool but those amenities are great as well. I am a huge fan of this house and we hope to go back in the future.

This was a fantastic space. Clean, great for families and relaxing. Tons of plates and glasses. Dining table for 10 plus other seating. Our only issue were the 20+ people packed in the house next door that liked really loud music outside. I highly recommend.
