Stay was perfect, house was clean it was 12 of us and everybody slept comfortable everything was perfect

When we arrived, we attempted to get into the house and unfortunately could not due to an incorrect code given. Tried to contact the host several times with no answer. We contacted Airbnb and the code had to be reset to allow us to finally get into the home. After entering the home and getting comfortable, we started to notice dead bugs on the floor. Then a German cockroach ran across the floor and i killed. I took a picture of it and contacted the host. After several back and forth texts he just kept assuring me they would take care of it the next day and I was to keep my luggage closed and off the floor and all food stored and covered! I then contacted him several times and said that was unacceptable. We were not comfortable staying in the home. I received no response from him after that. Airbnb finally got involved and got my money back and moved me to a different house. I am still waiting for a refund of pool heat that was not provided! Pool was cold! I prepaid extra for pool heat

Home was very beautiful and spacious, looks just as the pictures. The house had ants upstairs and downstairs in every room, the door going outside to the pool didn’t lock, we had to use the broom stick to keep the door from opening, and we couldn’t get the hot water to work in the kitchen, if those few problems get fixed which is I’m sure is easy, I would definitely tell someone else about the property.

Thank you Dennis for sharing your house with us. My family and I had a great time. The house was exactly as expected. With 10 of us vacationing together, the space the house offered was perfect. Everyone had enough room and privacy throughout the week. The house was spotless and clean ! It was great having the pool right at the house, but also having access to the resort amenities . We had a minor issue with the entrance code not working, the pool filter not working, and a few other minor issues, but Dennis responded within five minutes and had all the issues taken care of quickly. We went on to enjoy our week ! If we return to this area, we would not hesitate renting here again.

The house was very cozy and clean. The pool is not clean, lack of maintenance. The water smells bad and it wasn't clear, it had a dirty colour. The neighbours are very annoyed. On Saturday afternoon, the music bothered them.

My family and I came to Orlando for my graduation. Dennis location was a great place for us to visit the city as one. He has a beautiful home and he has it setup for a very comfortable experience.

The property was nice and spacious. I greatly appreciated having so many bathrooms available since I was traveling with a group of young women! Having a pool and jacuzzi onsite was a such nice treat since Orlando is not really close to a beach. The neighbor was peaceful and I liked having the security onsite. Even though our door lock would not work initially, we were sent support within 15 minutes to get our door open. The property exceeded my expectations! The price was reasonable. I would stay here again.

Dennis was very attentive and kind. We had trouble getting in due to the code locking but we managed to communicate with the host and get in. The house was very spacious and nice but the floors (carpet/inside/outside) were dirty. We also found trash inside the couch cushions and two roaches upstairs (in the loft and one of the upstairs bathrooms). The wifi did not work the entire stay even while in communication with the host, we barely had any cellular service as well in the house. Other than that it was a great Airbnb.

The home was beautiful. I think we may have caught the company on an off day but they were very responsive to the my concerns. The location is great and the pool area was amazing.

This home was beautiful. Spacious. Clean. Nice neighborhood. Club house walking distance or driving. Pool was actually warm enough & jet pool felt great. Enough space and fun for family, kids. I would recommend this home for family get aways.
