The house was very clean and spacious, however, keep in mind if you are visiting for a private pool and hot tub, the heat is not working in either despite paying for heat. Also if you plan on using the waterpark, they don’t allow any drinks or food and check you like you are entering a prison.

There were no directions on how to get into the gated community. It took 30/45 minutes to figure out how to get a code to get through the gate. When I got to the house it was set at 65 degrees and it took forever to warm up. There was only 1 kitchen town which made doing dishes for a family of 7 impossible. The hot tub and pool were freezing cold and our kids couldn’t use it. The master bedroom on the main level didn’t seem to get hot water. Some dishes were dirty. The grip didn’t have propane. The stuffed animal on the beds were dirty. And when I contacted the host they were not help full. They sent someone out to the house to look at the grill without me even knowing to tell me it works but I needed to provide the propane. They told me heating the pool was extra prior to my visit but never mentioned the hot tub and by the time I got there it wouldn’t have been heated during my stay. Overall just a horrible experience. Could have stayed somewhere cheaper with the same amenities

Great place. Was pleasantly surprised. Looked just like the pictures. Very clean place. Dennis was a great host. Need to check in at gaurd gate before going to the property. Every thing else was great. Would stay again.

The house was clean and beautiful as it was listed. We did however have a problem with the hot tub that wasn’t resolved within the days that we were there.Also we paid for the pool to be heated for 5 days and it was turned off on the 4th day.

The house has plenty of space, but it wasnt as clean as it should have been. Our biggest problem was the outside grill wasn't cleaned, sheets in our kids room had stains on them, patio furniture had mold on everything, living room chairs were dirty and we paid for a heated jacuzzi/pool but it didn't work. The pool wasn't getting hot nor was the jacuzzi bubbling. After 3 frustrating days of getting told that someone was coming to fix our problem. I asked for a refund and was denied by the host. I paid for 5 days and was only able to enjoy 2 of the days. Fortunately after several conversations with Airbnb, they sent me a refund for the heated pool. It was a big house and my family probably would have enjoyed it more if it wasn't for all the problems. I would advise anyone wanting to rent this house, to check EVERYTHING as soon as you enter the home.

Great, roomy space that was very kid-friendly. Everything was clean. The neighborhood and amenities were excellent, and the host was very communicative. We had a small issue getting in, but they responded quickly. Overall very pleased!

The house was beautiful! The rooms were lovely and fit everyone. I like that there were enough towels to last for the four days we stayed. One thing is to have more size pots, other than that the kitchen had almost everything needed to cook. The pool was a nice size for the kids, who had a blast. Overall, we would stay here again. Had a great time!!!

Check in was a little difficult as there were no instructions to go to the main office for gate entry. The jacuzzi was also advertised but upon arrival there was an email sent stating pool/jacuzzi heating is an additional fee. Over all it was a nice experience and great home for anyone traveling with kids. The water park was pretty packed and we only got an hour in before it became to much. Im assuming it’s due to the holiday but still a good activity for the kids that’s close by and cheap.

The house was beautiful furniture nice but needed some cleaning. The hot tub that he re named the spa… wasn’t hot. We would have had to pay an 35.00 plus tax a day to heat the hot tub. When I booked for family that was a plus to me … my daughter in law has never been to Florida and this trip was for her for giving me such a beautiful granddaughter. I book with air bnb often and I’ve never had to pay extra for heated hot tub… So I should have read it more carefully and not been taken away by photos. Read every thing carefully…. For the price the heated hot tub should have been included. Needless to say we didn’t use the “spa” which was a disappointment for my family.

The place was very clean, which is something I always appreciate—especially when staying with a Superhost. This was our second time staying at Champion Resort, and it definitely won’t be our last. One suggestion I’d make is to let future guests know that check-in must be done at the main gate. It would be helpful to provide the address for the main gate first, followed by the actual address of the property. Dennis was awesome—very responsive both before our trip and once we arrived.

The host was very fast at communicating and answered all of our questions. We loved the Airbnb and enjoyed our stay. There is a ballpit pictured for the kiddos which wasn’t there. We were a little bummed out about that! I also felt the basic essentials (toilet paper, dishwasher pods, trashcans) provided were bare minimum considering our length of stay and amount of people. Overall, still really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: •instruction to get inside the gate are horrible. Long lines. Have to check in and get a paper with a QR code to get in • loose/broken toilet paper holders in restrooms • jacuzzi won’t get hot

Dennis’ place was nice, and just what we needed. The pool was a good size, but the photos make it look larger. The only downside was that this air bnb only provided the minimum necessities. If you are staying for longer than a few days you will need to get more dishwasher pods, soap, laundry detergent. Just something to plan into your budget. Overall- communication was good, and the house is spacious, clean and comfortable.

The address we were given was wrong. You need the address to the main gate to register not to the house alone. Luckily we came in the wrong gate only because a security guard happened to come past the unmanned gate and let us in without registering I tried to communicate with Dennis but it seems an AI responds for this house h till the mgmt teams realizes than they are extremely helpful. This happened multiple times to the point it took over a lot of my time away from family activities. House was lovely , spacious and clean. Pool and hot tub were perfect and an enjoyable way to end the day after parks. I wish mgmt would respond only to guests needs. It would have made our issues and our guests issues finding the correct address less stressful.

It was a very nice house and we had a great time. The host responded immediately if we had any questions and was very nice. Upon arrival there was Christmas music on it and the table was beautifully set. Only the area is a little less cozy. Many houses on a very large resort and it was very quiet but we enjoyed very much.

My group and I had a blast at this property! The home is incredibly spacious and equipped with just about anything you could need. The property is beautiful, with fun activities and lots of dining options. Dennis is a caring host with incredibly quick and efficient communication. I honestly couldn’t recommend this place more!

I had 2 problems with the house. 1st thing being the house says it has a hot tub… might as well call it a children’s pool connected to the pool the listing says hot tub so you would expect what we expected… a hot tub… nope, it’s a cold tub. You have to pay for pool heating to even get the tub to be a “hot tub” lol So after paying 280 for a week… we didn’t get working heat till day before we left after a company came out to fix it.. they refunded me 119$. 2nd thing, as we were toward the end of our stay, I heard someone typing the code to the house. Thought maybe it was my family (in my underwear about to get in shower, I go to open the door to let them in thinking there locked out) NOPE I got almost to the front door as some RANDOM LADY FOR THE company was coming in my house “to deliver a package” a package I never ordered.. so what if I wasn’t there? What if it was just my wife and kids? Are they stealing ? Are they creeps changing camera footage? We packed up & left 3 hours later

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here! We loved the house and location. Everything was exactly as shown on the photos. The house was meticulously clean and full of space for us all. I’d definitely stay here again in the near future. Dennis is a wonderful host, very attentive to all and every one of my questions. Thank you again.

Likely wouldn’t stay here again. Pro’s - clean house, waterpark was fun for the kids, enough space for everyone to have own room. Dennis responded quickly to all inquiries, was friendly and tried to resolve issues by sending someone out but he didn’t speak english. Cons - no instructions for access to outdoor gate. When I messaged Dennis I was told there is no code but 3 days into our stay after all the lines to get through the gate, we were informed by virtual attendant that our car could have been towed and we needed to go to main gate for a pass. No instructions for utilities or BBQ. Got a full tank of propane only to be able to get the bbq lit one time. Otherwise did not work. Dryer took over 3 hours to dry clothes. Pics of house taken when house was brand new as furniture is stained and rug tripping hazard. My son had the shower rod fall on him because not properly installed. Toys were broken upon arrival. Too many negatives would not return.

Pros: The home was beautiful and clean, and Dennis was very nice with immediate responses to all of my questions and concerns. Cons: When you first try to arrive to the home, maps takes you to the neighborhood on the other side of the emergency gate (you can’t get in there). You are required to enter through the main gate which is impossible to get through. There are no clear instructions on even how to enter the property. People are constantly lining up to piggy back off each other (including me) which is extremely stressful and annoying. We also encountered an ant issue, but Dennis took care of that immediately. Also, make sure you add the heated pool and spa option - the spa is not heated and the water was pretty cold.

The place was fine more or less. It is a typical cookie cutter townhouse. We were very disappointed with the comfort of the beds. They had no support where you put your heads and we were all sloping/ falling in between the headboards. There are also no fans in any rooms, and the first night it took a long time for the air conditioner to rewch a desired temperature of 72. Slept very poorly both nights. We also had some safety concerns. First, the pool and spa have no handrails. The step down into the spa is 2 and half feet down. It is dangerous especially for an older person to attempt to get in or out of the pool or spa with out a handrail. The other major safety concern was a lack of a safety gate for the stairs. The stairwell is 18 steps to the 2nd floor and for a home that accommodates children, there should be a safety gate in the home to prevent toddlers from falling down the stairs.

Dennis was very responsive. If I texted, he responded right away. I am a phone call person, so I like immediate solutions with calls but texting was manageable. Early check in was great, but late check out was not available due to a new guest arriving, which I understand. The pool, grill, and house were pristine. It doesn’t feel like you’re living in someone’s home. That was important to me. My 5 year old LOVED it, so we’ll be back soonish.
