To start, the host did not provide the unit # nor the front gate code via Airbnb. I know we should’ve noticed something was off but I thought we could use the code provided to get in. It took my wife calling a 1-800 number that connected to a booking agency where she then waited on hold and then had to explain the situation to get the number of the unit and the gate code (different from the unit’s code) to drive up to the unit. The unit itself looks like the photos but the master bedroom bed was full on broken in the middle which made for the start of a rough nights sleep (think: slanted and rolling towards the center- looking back I see there is another review that said the same-shoulda known). The walls are very thin and we heard the upstairs neighbor’s every step past midnight- it was not possible to sleep thru even with silicone earplugs due to the construction/reverb thru the ceiling from the weight shifting. Pool and gym were overcrowded, lots of college kids. Just wasn’t good

We were very pleased with our stay at this property. It was very well stocked with linens, supplies for cleaning and cooking amenities. We were going to Universal and it was a 10 minute drive to the parking lot. The complex is very nice and quiet, pool was beautiful and clean. There is a Publix and many restaurants right next door. My only complaint is that the bed in the primary bedroom was broken and maintenance was unable to fix it. We were able to sleep without issue but I feel like this is something that should have been repaired before we arrived. Aside from that, we loved it and would definitely return.
