Clive was a great host and his place was nice! Overall great experience. Kitchen was well stocked, bed was very comfortable, location was great for being near Kings Cross and different train stations. Overall, good times! The place felt like it might have been cleaned in a rush but we did book it the day before so that is understandable. Check in was very easy when we received the instructions but those came a bit late.

Clive's place is the perfect flat to spend a long weekend or longer in London. Located close to St. Pancras and Kings Cross as well as just around the corner of a lively area, it has go everything you need for a short stay. Communication with Clive was easy and fast. I'll be looking out for this place when I stay in London again.

We stayed a Clive’s house for the weekend. Easy to find, clear instructions, as seen in the photos. Happy Clive provided us two sets of keys - which was helpful! We were two friends sharing the apartment so we used both the bedroom and the sofa bed which was perfect. We reccomend!

Clive was a fantastic host! He was responsive, and made us feel welcome in his place. The neighborhood was the perfect spot for our London trip. Islington felt safe, and had a neighborhood feel while also offering a lot of options for restaurants and entertainment. Getting to central london was easy with the bus stop close by and e-bikes easily accessible in the area. Would highly recommend staying here.

Non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside in the street or in one of the fun beer gardens in the area. Consideration for neighbours during quiet hours after 22:00-08:00. You ought to receive the same courtesy from them during your stay. No parties or events in the apartment. Third party services disclaimer: we do our best to ensure selection of the best service providers for internet, tv, mobile phone etc, and maintain all equipment new and in good working order, but we cannot be held responsible for the reliability of these third party services at all times. They are all courtesy of the rental. We do have had an outstanding reliability track record to date. Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm, not outside the apartment but next to the lamp post on caledonian road, 20 second walk. Please do not leave rubbish outside the building. Pets are not allowed to stay or to visit the property. The tenant is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause. The property is to be returned in clean condition (professional cleaning standard) and free from personal belongings, just as found upon arrival. Professional cleaning at check-in and check-out is pre-organised; all you have to do is agree a time directly with cleaners for checkout. This is included in the booking. Additional extra or regular cleaning for longer stays can be organised your convenience and cost will depend on condition. Rate: £13 per hour. Allow 4 hours for light cleaning, 8 hours for deep cleaning. You will find direct contact details for the cleaning company when you book, and also in the property, to make arrangements directly at your convenience. Lost keys: guests will be given two sets of keys, but in the very unlikely event of finding themselves locked out or lose both keys, we apply a charge of £90 for callout, during business hours 9-5, and £180 if after-hours. This includes both lost keys and lock out. Disclaimer: The Angel area is extremely safe, and the building as well, these are general recommendations and a legal disclaimer. The owner(s) accept no responsibility for any claims from the Tenant(s) with respect to injury, damage, or loss. The tenants are to arrange their own contents insurance, or otherwise travel insurance. Any malfunctions or damages are to be reported immediately to the owner for remedial action. All effort is undertaken to ensure all functionalities of the property are fully operational. In case of malfunction, repair ought to be forthcoming, and for prolonged failure a refund or discount may apply, but the Owner disclaims any responsibility for any business losses arriving from loss of operation of any functionality in the property. E.g. internet, courtesy mobile phone etc.. The Tenant is responsible for using both locks on the property door when exiting, and the lock on the building's front/street door at all times.
