We stayed a Clive’s house for the weekend. Easy to find, clear instructions, as seen in the photos. Happy Clive provided us two sets of keys - which was helpful! We were two friends sharing the apartment so we used both the bedroom and the sofa bed which was perfect. We reccomend!

Clive was a fantastic host! He was responsive, and made us feel welcome in his place. The neighborhood was the perfect spot for our London trip. Islington felt safe, and had a neighborhood feel while also offering a lot of options for restaurants and entertainment. Getting to central london was easy with the bus stop close by and e-bikes easily accessible in the area. Would highly recommend staying here.

Upsetting and unsettling stay in this tiny flat. Felt a bit grimy, like it had a quick clean and turnaround. No where for cases, we were tripping over them. Entrance to flat is really awqward and small. Noises at night, worried about rodents. Found a rodent trap under the sofa bed. On complaining about this the host denied it! There was an electrical fault though the night also which kept us awake and we unplugged all appliances to ensure no wires would ignite. Host manager and owner not interested in delivering any customer care just a money making.

The apartment is in a great location, near to some great pubs and restaurants in Islington. The flat was very clean and Clive was very easy to communicate with. Unfortunately the bed was really uncomfortable, as the mattress and pillows were very poor quality. Okay for a short stay but could definitely be improved with some ease.

We had a great stay at Clive's apartment. The apartment perfectly matches the description it is clean and bright, frequent buses nearby and the location close to King's Cross makes it easy to get around the different neighborhoods of London. Several supermarkets and restaurants / fast food restaurants are nearby. The neighborhood is rather quiet (we did not suffer any noise), of course it is an apartment in town so we hear the neighbors a little while traveling but were very discreet and our sleep was in no way disturbed! The apartment is also located near a small square (Saint Andrew) which is a plus. Special mention for the accuracy of check in information 👍 there may be only the bedding that deserves a little renewal but that's a detail;)

Lovely apartment -- very comfortable, clean, well-lit, a fully functional kitchen, nearby grocery markets, in a quiet neighborhood with a pretty children's park on the same block. Clive is an excellent host, vey available, responding immediately to questions, however trivial they may seem.

had a lovely stay here and found it to be a really well-thought out space to book. the bed and bedroom especially were so nice, hotel-feeling sheets and looking out to the quiet back garden. it was nice to hang out here too, super warm and though you can hear the neighbours come and go there was nothing obnoxious. the area is sweet and convenient to access east and central london.

Non-smoking, but smoking is allowed outside in the street or in one of the fun beer gardens in the area. Consideration for neighbours during quiet hours after 22:00-08:00. You ought to receive the same courtesy from them during your stay. No parties or events in the apartment. Third party services disclaimer: we do our best to ensure selection of the best service providers for internet, tv, mobile phone etc, and maintain all equipment new and in good working order, but we cannot be held responsible for the reliability of these third party services at all times. They are all courtesy of the rental. We do have had an outstanding reliability track record to date. Rubbish collection from the street is daily, rubbish/trash is to be put outside after 5pm, not outside the apartment but next to the lamp post on caledonian road, 20 second walk. Please do not leave rubbish outside the building. Pets are not allowed to stay or to visit the property. The tenant is responsible for any pets allowed to enter the property and any damage they might cause. The property is to be returned in clean condition (professional cleaning standard) and free from personal belongings, just as found upon arrival. Professional cleaning at check-in and check-out is pre-organised; all you have to do is agree a time directly with cleaners for checkout. This is included in the booking. Additional extra or regular cleaning for longer stays can be organised your convenience and cost will depend on condition. Rate: £13 per hour. Allow 4 hours for light cleaning, 8 hours for deep cleaning. You will find direct contact details for the cleaning company when you book, and also in the property, to make arrangements directly at your convenience. Lost keys: guests will be given two sets of keys, but in the very unlikely event of finding themselves locked out or lose both keys, we apply a charge of £90 for callout, during business hours 9-5, and £180 if after-hours. This includes both lost keys and lock out. Disclaimer: The Angel area is extremely safe, and the building as well, these are general recommendations and a legal disclaimer. The owner(s) accept no responsibility for any claims from the Tenant(s) with respect to injury, damage, or loss. The tenants are to arrange their own contents insurance, or otherwise travel insurance. Any malfunctions or damages are to be reported immediately to the owner for remedial action. All effort is undertaken to ensure all functionalities of the property are fully operational. In case of malfunction, repair ought to be forthcoming, and for prolonged failure a refund or discount may apply, but the Owner disclaims any responsibility for any business losses arriving from loss of operation of any functionality in the property. E.g. internet, courtesy mobile phone etc.. The Tenant is responsible for using both locks on the property door when exiting, and the lock on the building's front/street door at all times.
