Beaches, river, Tomakin club, Mogo zoo and Mogo bike trails all close by. Walking distance to the beach. Newly opened Foxdog Gin distilliary near by. Local IGA and Smokey Dans a couple of minutes drive away. Unit is located downstairs from owners house is private and you are welcome to enjoy the deck and the spa with consent and notice first (so that spa heat can be increased). Walk on Broulee Island about 5 mins drive away. Historic Mogo Village 5 mins drive away. No parties schoolies allowed

The space

Self contained unit with 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a second room (sunroom) with a fold out double couch. The unit has its own kitchen and lounge room shower laundry and toilet and looks out over a lush garden.

Owner resides upstairs and there is a cat and dog.

Guest access

The guest has their own entrance which is very private. There is a lock box and the code will be given 24 hours prior to stay.

Other things to note

Owner resides upstairs. Resident cat and dog so sadly no visitor pets allowed. Spa available for use but please request in advance so the heating can be ready and nice and warm.

I had a family emergency in Bega and needed a place to break my journey. Traci's place was perfect and she was so accommodating for my very late arrival time. After a lengthy drive and the stress of everything going on, the spa was the ultimate way to unwind. Backed up by the bed, omg. 5 stars just there. I highly recommend Just Beachy
