Very positive experience at Mrs. Renata's house. New, clean and well-equipped apartment with a small dehors to eat. Another strong point is definitely the proximity to Baratti beach (being an unconstructed area it is a privilege of just walking/cycling to that beach...). The only aspects are not idyllic, the proximity to the provincial road, with some unavoidable background noise, and the lack of blinds/blinds to protect from the light. But at least we got up early and took advantage of the days... -) Mrs. Renata is always very kind and available for every request and goes out of her way to make her guests feel comfortable

The apartment is located in a beautiful location where you can easily reach the sea, shops, villages...we have traveled by motorcycle and this gave us the opportunity to see the beautiful area....highly recommended Too bad I didn't meet Renata in person....thank you

- Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel by noon on the day of check-in and get a 50% refund of the total nightly rate. You’ll also get a full refund of all fees.
- Cancel during your trip and you may be eligible for a partial refund.
- Cancel before noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding fees.
- Cancel after noon local time during the trip and you’ll be refunded 50% of the remaining booking value, excluding that night and fees.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
