The space

INSIDE
There is a huge wraparound the front deck. Cottage is open concept. There is a sun room as well as Great Room with wood burning fireplace. Sun room has pullout sectional. And in the living area of Great room there is another couch and loveseat and large Smart TV for movie night. Lots of space for everyone!

OUTSIDE
NEW Stairs installed to the water. The beach in front of the cottage is gravelly but changes after every storm. There is also a second beach entrance at the end of the street.
Outdoor hot/cold shower
Lots of parking, lots of grassy outdoor areas, a playground and two kayaks

NOTE: 2024 there is very little beach. Approx. 60 stairs to the beach. The water can be sandy or stoney depending on what the lake gives you that day. But it sure is fun to try to find the ever changing sandbars. Even if it's stoney…it's fun to go stone collecting – Lake Huron is a geologists paradise! Just bring some water shoes. The nice thing is, it's not weedy or slimy at all.

All Guests are required to sign a separate cottage rental agreement and provide government issued photo id. Including names and ages of all guests who will occupy the property. Primary renter must be over 25 photo id is required. Only those occupants listed on the Rental Agreement, are allowed to occupy the property. A separate security deposit of $500 is required. This property is equipped with a monitoring device (including noise, temp & wifi connections) May have outdoor front camera.
Max occupancy at all times is 6, violation will result in removal without refund.

Max 1 well behaved dog is allowed but must sign separate pet addendum - violation will result in removal without refund.
Parking for 4 vehicles

Linens are available for $20/per person. This includes Tea Towels, Dishcloths, Sheets & Pillowcases, Bathroom towels, Hand towels and Face cloths. Does not include Beach Towels.
