The apartment is very well located and the owners are responsive, which is nice. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness: we noticed sand on the floor and my daughters discovered a plastic bag filled with cigarette butts on the terrace. I reported it to the managers who apologised, but no solution or commercial gesture was offered to us. For a place to stay at €300/night, I find it excessive and I expected a more careful level of cleanliness and service.

After arrival there is a QR code to scan that outlines rules that are not on the air bnb listing. One of which is a curfew on noise (10 on weekdays, 11 on weekends). It was our first night, a Saturday, and we were playing low level music at 9.30 and not even 5 minutes into this the resident from below opens our front window and ushers me over then proceeds to threaten to call the police if we didn’t turn off the music which I said I was happy to do, to which she proceeds to tell me that if she hears anything that the police would be called. After this experience I messaged the host to outline the event and that we were unhappy and felt misled about the listing, as there was no information about this on the listing. After what felt like an auto generated response and a subsequent reply from me it took 8 days to hear anything back from the host. The message in question was again an auto generated message asking us to leave a 5 star review! Don’t book if you want to have a good time!
