It’s a very nice and spacious apartment. Kitchen is well equipped if you are planning to dine in. Very clean and tidy. It is a tad noisy from the street given it’s on the first floor but manageable. Amazing location - only 10mins walk to Old Town and about 5mins walk to the closest beach. Only criticism though is the self check-in - the lockbox is actually at a petrol station that’s around 2.3km away from the apartment - the details of this wasn’t shared proactively in advance but once we chased it up, the instructions were clear. Not ideal though if you don’t have your own mode of transport. Thankfully Uber is common!

Excellent flat for long-term stays. My son and I stayed there for 5 years; everything was very convenient and affordable for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Thank you very much, we really liked everything

Bright and well furnished appartement with large windows and a well equipped kitchen. Central location closed to the beach and the old city. We were very comfortable in this appartement for our 7 day-stay.

Felt right at home immediately and the place was pristine. Audrey was a massive help from the get go and was able to get me checked in earlier as my flight was earlier than normal check in. Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from both the beach and Marbella Old Town which is fantastic. The one and only issue was the shower overflows the bathroom if you have it on too long which is not ideal, so could maybe do with a new drain!

Great location in the center of Marbella, everything is just few steps: the beach and promenade is 5’ away, old town 11-12’, supermarket is just in front of the building, cafe is just across the street, on the first floor of the same building is fruit store and plenty of restaurants around. Safe and clean area. Taxi stop is on the same street. Apartment looks exactly like at the photos. I would recommend this place for short or long stay.

This stay was totally perfect to me. From day one till the end. I felt like I’m at home. Everything was so easy to understand. Location was perfect too. 2 minutes away from beach. Host was pleasant and helpful with everything what I need. Also adaptable to my check in and check out! I hope someday I’ll come again. Thank you! 🤩

Apartment as described, building clean and close to restaurants and beaches of Marbella. Friendly and responsive host. Small reserve on bedding that is too soft for our taste.
