False information about construction going on on the building and a described rooftop which was the reason we boooked which is just a roof. It was filled with construction trash and there was renovation going on, so it was impossible to stay there. There are also leftovers from feed for an animal and a large cage. And there's a private space on the roof. When we complain about this in the office, they lie and say they didn't know anything about the renovation, but it's clear to see that it's been going on for a very long time. I was told to come back the next day and take pictures of it. So I had to spend my time on this, even though I would think it's the host's responsibility. I'll contact Airbnb, who provides a great service and says I need to get the money back and cancel the booking. When I come back to the office the next day, I am greeted by a dismissive attitude from an employee who refuses to take care of the situation. Would not recommend anyone to book with this host!
