  At check-in you will be asked to show a photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian law on vacation rental. Please note for long-term reservations (over 29 nights) it is necessary, at the check-in, to sign rental and a service agreement and to have an Italian tax number (codice fiscale). If the apartment selected is pet-friendly, admission is upon request and a pet fee can be applied. Arrivals before 4pm and departure after 10am can be requested to our customer service and are subjected to availability. We have travel cots and baby chairs available, please inquire about our rates. - No groups under 25y (except families) - no smoking inside, no parties - excessive power use could lead to power outages due to hot lines and congested networks - One set of linen a bath towel and a hand towel per person is included, pool towels are available for rent, please contact us about the price.
