Margarida and Nuno were very responsive and helpful ahead of arrival and during check in! Place was in a nice location that was easy to walk or take public transportation to most destinations. Everything was very clean and exactly as described. There are about 20 steps to the door as the elevator did not work which was fine for our group but worth noting for others. I would highly recommend especially for larger groups

Auf Lage im 4. Stock ohne Lift sollte hingewiesen werden (war aber kein Problem). Kein Kasten für Wäsche in einem der Schlafzimmer.

Appartamento ampio, ben distribuito. Presenti 2 bagni (uno un po più grande) entrambi con doccia. Posizione un po lontana dal centro ma raggiungibile in 10 minuti in metro connstazuine vicino all'appartamento.

Unico punto a sfavore è che si trova al 4 piano senza ascensore, e se si hanno valige può risultare scomodo e impegnativo

Mooi, ruim appartement op loopafstand van het centrum. Dichtbij de metro en een supermarkt met verse broodjes op slechts enkele meters afstand.
Goed contact met de host. Vanaf het moment van boeken via Booking.com daarna via whatsapp. Ook het ontvangst door Nuno was top. Vriendelijke man met veel kennis over de stad.

Het appartement ligt op de tweede verdieping aan een drukke doorgaande weg. Twee slaapkamers aan de voorkant. Ondanks de rolluiken hoorde de je auto’s rijden en werd je (soms) wakker van de sirenes van de hulpdiensten.

Tout s'est très bien passé pour notre séjour (nous étions 9). Appartement idéalement situé sur la ligne rejoignant directement l'aéroport et en face d'une très bonne boulangerie (angle de l'autre côté de la rue).
La cuisine est bien équipée, les 2 salles de bain sont agréables et fonctionnelles. Grand salon également.

Casa pulitissima, corrisponde ale foto e vicinissima alla stazione della metro Avenida da cui si raggiunge in 10 minuti il centro e in 15 minuti l'areoporto. Vicino si trovano molti supermercati e ristoranti. Accoglienza impeccabile da parte di Natalia che ci ha illustrato perfettamente un tour perfetto di Lisbona con degli ottimi consigli su come raggiungere i luoghi.

Very good size. Supermarket a few doors down and two minutes from two metro stations. Arrived hours before check-in and the apartment was ready with someone there to meet us. She told us how to get everywhere on a map and what was worth seeing.

There were no negatives. Fourth floor with no lift may not suit some but was not an issue for us.

Nuno était là pour nous accueillir malgré notre retard. Il parlait un français impeccable.
L'appartement est grand et parfait à 6 sans se gêner. Et ses deux salles de bain sont très pratiques.
Des restaurants autour. Le métro au pied (on l'entend d'ailleurs !)
Un bel appartement avec des chambres spacieuses.
Possibilité de laisser les bagages, de façon sécurisée, en bas de l'immeuble le dernier jour et de venir les récupérer plus tard.

L'appartement est sur une rue très passante et il est donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit.

The flat is amazing. Spaceous, clean and on the great location. interstection beetween a green and red line of Metro. I would totaly recommend. There is a small market 50m form apaprtment, opens at 8am. Then you have 2 bigger ones 150 m in the other direction open all day. You have bars, restaunarants and breakfast options close. We loved it.

Sense of space, size and location. Nuno was so helpful with all our queries . We were able to leave our luggage downstairs as we had an evening flight which was marvellous. We were 4 friends and each had a bedroom which was great ! Highly recommend this location.

There was an odour the first day from the drains but it wasn't there after that.

The accommodation was well equipped. A very friendly host welcomed us on arrival, stayed in touch via WhatsApp, and gave us great recommendations that really helped during our stay. The city cenre is 10 minutes far by Metro and about 30 min by walk.

The street side rooms were a bit noisy.

Très bel appartement au 1er sans ascenseur (mais escalier facile), très bien placé, à proximité d'un nœud de trafic sur 2 lignes. L'appartement est spacieux, et 2 chambres donnent sur la rue (un peu bruyante) et 2 autres sur une cour.
L'appartement est à moins de 100 mètres d'un supermarché très pratique. Il est parfaitement équipé (nespresso, machine à laver la vaisselle, etc...).
L'accueil a été exceptionnel, avec une dame qui nous a décrit toutes les choses à faire à Lisbonne et le fonctionnement de l'appartement, de façon très professionnelle. C'était très appréciable.
Le seul point négatif est qu'à chaque passage du métro, l'appartement "tremble". Les enfants pensaient à un tremblement de terre 10 fois par heure aux heures de pointe...! De même, les voisins du dessus ont fait beaucoup de bruit : l'appartement est mal isolé phoniquement.
Mais c'est un très bel appartement et nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Het openbaar vervoer was heel dichtbij, evenals de winkels. De appartementen waren ruim, met voldoende bedden en twee badkamers.

Dat er geen lift aanwezig was, vooral als je op de derde of vierde verdieping verblijft.

Natalia and Margarita was super helpful, flexible and hospitable. Our flight was delayed and was super hard to find an uber when we got to the airport but Natalia patiently waited for us at the Airbnb. Once we arrived she gave us a quick tour and a super run down of what to do, eat, and see in Lisbon. You could tell she was passionate and proud of the city. The place was super clean and spacious for our group of 5. With washing machine and some starter detergent. It was close to the metro and restaurants. Pretty local spot. Check out the Chill and Grill near by it’s super cheap and good food. Especially if you arrive later in the evening. Will definitely return if given the opportunity.

We had a lovely stay and everything was as described. Check in was easy and flexible with someone meeting us and showing us everything. The apartment was spacious, clean, and bright. The air conditioning worked well, and blackout shades were a nice touch. The location is nice too—walkable to restaurants, groceries, and the train. Two pack-n-play cribs with linens and a high chair were provided and set up in the space for us per our request. Also Margarida was very responsive and helpful, and provided great local recommendations.
Our group of four adults and three children were very comfortable and happy with our choice of accommodation. I whole-heartedly recommend it to anyone traveling to Lisbon! I would absolutely stay again.

This Airbnb was great solace for our 2 families with 4 kids staying and exploring Lisbon.
This is a unit in a small apartment complex that has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The linen and pillows were great and every room has blackout curtains; 2 of the rooms are very bright as they are overlooking the street. The host provided 2 cribs which was helpful and rare.
The unit is in excellent spot, that's walking distance to many grocery stores, and many restaurants. Most importantly, its a 5 min walk to Alameda station which gives you access to 2 major subway lines and makes it easy to get around Lisbon.
The negatives were very minor. The unit was a bit hard to find, especially the first time. There are 2 flights of stairs you have to climb to get to the unit, and there is no designated parking which was hard when we had to load our rental car.
However, it's clear the host really cares and it shows on the many aspects to the experience.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sich stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar waren. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, das Apartment groß und geräumig, durch die zwei Bäder passend für eine größere Freundesgruppe oder Familie. Wir waren zu neunt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist optimal, so dass man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und gut 20 Minuten am Flughafen ist.

Margarida and Nuno are great hosts, very friendly and super reactive, and going the extra mile to give advice about the city’s happenings. The place is great for a group, really well thought out and with everything you need. Check-in and check-out were both easy and practical. The location is great too, very close to two metro lines which provide easy access both to the city centre and to the airport. We’d happily stay there again and recommend it without reservation :)

Très bel appartement, tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, hyper propre, linge de bain et savon à disposition, machine à laver qui fonctionne, lave vaisselle. Proche de deux stations de métro, facile de faire des petites courses et bon restaurant à proximité. Accueil très sympathique, excellentes explications! Espace super pour dîner en famille et appart très spacieux ! C' est une très bonne adresse pour visiter, nous reviendrons!

Rue très bruyante, pompiers, ambulances et police passent très souvent, c' est une route qui doit mener à un hôpital. On sent les vibrations du métro.Je sais c' est une grande ville! Le store côté route ne fonctionne pas et odeur d' égout dans une des salles de bain( nous avons laissé la fenêtre ouverte durant tout le séjour.)

O apartamento estava muito confortável, limpo e bem decorado. Cada detalhe foi cuidadosamente pensado para garantir o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Estávamos em um grupo de 8 pessoas e, unanimemente, apreciamos cada aspecto do local. Além disso, a Margarida foi extremamente atenciosa do início ao fim. Com certeza, voltaremos em breve!

Infelizmente, ao utilizarmos os dois chuveiros ao mesmo tempo, a pressão da água ficou bastante fraca — provavelmente um problema do prédio. Ainda assim, isso não comprometeu tanto o banho.

I have been very lucky with great hosts on Air BnB but Margarida has definitely been the best. Very helpful and pleasant to book with, nothing was too much for her to help with.
The property is great for a group of travellers, a little out the city attractions and is by a main road but if you are a heavy sleeper you don’t notice and there are rooms at the back away from the street noise as well.
Definitely got excellent value for money from this property but more so for the effort Margarida put in to make us feel so welcome.

Vam arribar abans de l'hora en que en teoria es fa el check in i l'amfitrió es va adaptar sense cap problema i vam poder entrar a la casa d'hora pel matí. Veníem d'oci, però aquest dia en concret havia de treballar i ho vaig poder fer còmodament des de la casa, gràcies a la seva flexibilitat. És molt espaiós, molt net, i tens el contacte de la propietària per Whatsapp per resoldre tots els dubtes que tinguis. Molt recomenable!

Nos encantó. El piso estaba muy nuevo,bien equipado y muy limpio. Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas. Los anfitriones muy agradables y atentos. Además estaba muy bien situado. Habia transporte muy cerca y era una calle con mucho ambiente, tiendas, bares... Fuimos en coche y la anfitriona nos recomendó dos parkings que estaban muy cerca.

Von der Reservierung bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Der Kontakt war sehr schnell und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist wunderbar geschnitten. In der Umgebung sind viele gute Restaurants und die Nähe zur Metro ist für die Erkundung von Lissabon ideal. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen und würde sie wieder buchen

We had an early check in but the host was accommodating and was able to meet us for early check in and provide the keys. They also shared a lot of useful info and links for things to do in Lisbon. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The location was close to 2 metro stations and about 10 minute metro ride from down town lisbon. There were also lots of places to eat near by!

There are two showers but the hot water would sometimes run cold if two people used it at the same time. The AC stopped working one night but then turned on the next night (not sure why this happened).

L''emplacement est pratique, à deux pas d'une station de métro (Alameda) pour rejoindre le centre où 35 minutes à pied environ.
Un Auchan en bas de l'immeuble.
L'appartement est très beau, décoré avec goût, très bien équipé.
Linge de maison, serviettes de toilette, savon, shampoing, nécessaire vaisselle, café, thé, sucre, tout est fourni, ce qui est bien pratique lorsque l'on vient en avion avec juste un petit bagage à main.
La communication avec les hôtes est fluide, ils donnent de très bons renseignements pour visiter la ville au mieux sur un temps très court.
Bref, nous étions 2 couples et 3 grands enfants et cet appartement était parfait pour nous. Nous recommandons à 100% !

Léger bémol sur le bruit de la rue, bien présent, mais qu'on oublie vite quand on rentre bien fatigués des visites de la journée.
Et c'est le cas sur toutes les grandes avenues des grandes villes.

La casa es muy espaciosa, Nuno fue muy agradable cuando nos atendió al llegar y el edificio es turístico por lo tanto no hay ruidos, muy completo tenía té, cápsulas de café, etc... Y pudimos aparcar en un parking en el que a pesar de estar abierto no le pasó nada al coche.

La TV no se ve porque no tiene señal pero si Netflix y similares, lo que peor fue es el ruido de las habitaciones que dan a la autovía, no están insonorizadas y molestaba bastante, por la otra parte de la casa se escucha al pasar el metro por debajo pero nada que dificulte el descanso.

Amplio apartamento bien cuidado que hemos disfrutado. Perfecta ubicación a dos minutos del metro para llegar a donde quieres. Llegamos con dos coches que hemos podido aparcar sin problema en el parking „Praca do chile „ . Precio razonable por 12,50€/dia.

O apartamento da Casa da Avenida é bem equipado para uma estadia confortável em Lisboa. Fica localizado próximo ao metrô Alameda, que te leva aos principais pontos da cidade com muita comodidade.

We had a great time in Lisbon and this place was wonderful. The train was a short walk away and there was even a park nearby for our kids. We were two families (with a 1 year old, 3 year old, 4 year old, and 6 year old). We really appreciated the crib and the twin beds. Some of the neighbors were a little noisy, but that was ok. We were prepared with sound machines, so it worked out just fine. Thanks for a fabulous home away from home. We hope to be back again!

The noise from the underground subway was every frequent, which was loud and made it challenging to sleep. Also, on booking.com , it mentions a balcony and there wasn't any balcony on the 2nd floor, as they said.

Tolle Kommunikation zwischen Vermietung und Gästen. Die Wohnung ist groß und mehr als ausreichend für 6 Personen. Die Anbindung an den ÖPNV ist gut, wenige Minten bis zur U-Bahnstation. Viele Lebensmitteleinkaufsmöglichkeiten sowie Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe zu erreichen.

Eigentlich weiss ich nicht, was ich hier schreiben soll. Das einzige MAnko ist vielleicht die weit entfernte Lage zum Zentrum, aber durch die gute Verkehrsanbindung an den ÖPNV ist das fast zu vernachlässigen.

Best location with nice facilities. Very spacious with luxurious amenities. Fully fitted kitchen and showers are spacious and have nice beds. Enjoyed the time in the living room with the big dining table.

Accommodation accepted 9 Adults but this is for 8 Adults or 7 Adults with 2 children . There should have been a lift as we need to take stairs for 3 floors each time

We had a great stay at Margarita’s place: the apartment is on the second floor (no elevator) but the stairs are very large.
Inside, everything was clean and neat. The place has three very nice rooms and one very small bedroom with a single bed and no AC (we were expecting four bedrooms with AC in all rooms).
If I had one request was to have better pillows in the bed.
Besides that, everything was great. The kitchen has everything needed to cook a meal and having a washer in the house was very handy.
Certainly a place we would stay again.

L’espace notamment les chambres spacieuses et confortables. La propreté et l’aménagement intérieur. la situation proche du métro pour visiter la ville et permettant l’accès direct à l’aéroport. Les réponses rapides de Margarida à toutes mes questions avant l’arrivée et L’accueil chaleureux de Nuno pour tout nous expliquer concernant notre séjour. Fantastic hosts, apartment, and location. Our family of 5 enjoyed this spacious apartment in a great location to see Lisbon. Subway stop minutes away gets you anywhere in a few stops including transport from the airport! Hosts accommodated us and provided detailed info on places we should see and eat. Will stay here again when we return to Lisbon.

Well-maintained accommodations with plenty of space for the 6 of us. Communications with Margarida and everyone else concerned were seamless. My only complaints are the noise from the metro that sounded as if the tunnel was underneath our building and the front two bedrooms were noisy from the constant traffic on the main road.

Les personnes au 4e ont fait du bruit les 2 premiers soirs jusqu'à plus de minuit (enfants qui courrent et lancent des objets par terre). Malgré être aller leur signaler le premier soir, le bruit s'est renouvelé le lendemain. Heureusement ils sont partis le 3e soir.
Les chambres côté rue subissent le bruit des véhicules la nuit.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped and it is much appropriate to big famillies, like ours.
The location is very good: in the centre of Lisbon; with paid parking very close to the property, which is a plus, when parking is a nightmare in Lisbon.

Everything was wonderful.
One improvement that would make this house exceptional: install drying clothes machine in the laundry area!

Safe, clean and spacious. Everything that was on the website and presented in pictures was exactly as we found it. Could not be any happier with our stay.

The bathrooms window must be open, if taking a shower, because the steam will be trapped otherwise.

Big, nice and clean apartment with good public transport connection. Clean, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The guy handing over the keys was very friendly and helpful.

One of the two beds in the bedroom with the two single beds squeaked very loudly with every movement. The owner might want to fix this somehow.

El apartamento es precioso, las habitaciones amplias, las camas muy cómodas, la cocina muy bien equipada, todo muy limpio. El metro muy cerca y también un pequeño supermercado.

Por poner algo, faltaría otro sofá, la casa es para 8 personas pero en el salón solo hay un sofá de 3 plazas + 1 sillón.

Margarida was a super responsive and helpful host. Our stay was short, but everything was perfect in the apartment and matched our expectations.
The apartment is very well located and it is easy to get anywhere in town, either by car, or metro or even walking distance to many places (especially for us, which were working in Saldanha). Perfect choice.

When we arrived at the apartment (ours was on the third floor), the host greeted us impeccably showing us the house, which for 9 people was perfect. The host explained us everything about the city, the way to get around with public transport, where to do the shopping, where to eat for lunch and dinner.
Almost every room has air conditioning and is equipped with bath towels. There are two bathrooms and there is a kitchen that is already equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, pots etc.... If you need it, there is a washing machine and a drying rack. Each room has a window so the house is totally illuminated and ventilated. It is well served with metro because the house is near Alameda Station and in fact it is easy to get there from the airport.

perhaps the only thing that we didn't like is the absence of the elevator, as already reported in the description here on Booking. That's all.

We stayed at Margarida's place for 2 nights while visiting Lisbon with family. Luísa met us for check-in and was super helpful orienting us to the apartment and neighborhood. The apartment was very clean, well-equipped, and just as pictured. The wifi was solid (we got 43 Mbps down and 40 Mbps up). The neighborhood was quiet at night and we had no issues sleeping. The Alameda Metro stop is just a short walk away, which is a fast and efficient way to get to Baixa, Chiado, and Rossio (as well as Oriente train station and the airport).
There's a great little coffee shop around the corner called How About Coffee and a small grocery store just a few doors down.
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and appreciate Margarida and Luísa's hospitality.

Margarida was so kind and helpful. Kept in contact all the time. Very responsive too. She managed to arrange my airport transfer to and from accommodation.
Welcomed me at the home and gave me advice and recommendations.
The apartment is also super clean and fully stocked with all the items you would need. Even has a blender!
Honestly such a good stay! Amazing host!

Very pleasent stay and Margarida did a great job in supporting us (check-in, check-out, open questions, etc) and we had a lovely stay at the appartment.
One room though is a walk-through room, hence a bit less a fit if everyone wants his single room.
Other than that a perfect stay and I would book the airbnb again.

We had a great stay on the Avenida! The location is great. I enjoyed staying in a place outside the touristy parts of the city. You can see how the locals live. It is close to a supermarket, a fresh market, and several great family owned restaurants. It is within easy walking distance of a Metro station (Alameda). The accommodation is spacious, bright, well-appointed, and scrupulously clean. Margarida and her staff are all very friendly and bend over backwards to make sure that you have a good stay. She can even arrange a transfer from the airport for your party from the airport if needed. I would definitely stay there again! (Fun tip - be sure to visit the Bora Bora Polynesian Bar a few blocks away if you like a good tiki bar!)

This cute apartment is perfect for larger groups. Ours consisted of two sets of granparents and our nuclear family of 3. Parking at praca do Chile was a breeze and it is just a short walk up the street to get to the Avenida. The apartment itself is older, but has been nicely renovated and is clean and beautiful just like the pictures. However, if you are sensitive to noise, you may not like the nearby train that rumbles when coming and going. I'm pretty sesitive, but it only took me one night to adjust. I really like that this place has a lot of personal touches and cute decorations, so it really feels comfortable and welcoming. The towels were amazingly thick and fluffy and the bed linens were very nice. With a large group like ours, it was also wonderful to have teo full bathrooms and that nice big kitchen. We also appreciated being able to do some laundry and hang it to dry in the courtyard lisbon style on the lines outside the window.

Beautiful and very clean apartment in a very good location (metro, buses, shops, markets, restaurants...)
All rooms on the big Avenue are noisy... (unless you close the windows and put the air conditionner)...especially the 2 of the 4 bedrooms (1st floor of the building). For these 2 bedrooms, you have to go through 1 to get to the other 1.
Be aware that the terrace is down on the ground floor level (not on the avenue side). You can access it with 2 outside stairs.
We appreciated the warm welcome and all the precious informations from Louisa when we arrived very late.
We also appreciated the quick replies to all our emails, the organisation of the taxi on arrival and complimentary bits and pieces for breakfast for a few days.
Because we stayed 9 nights, towels were changed and the 2 bathrooms were cleaned during our stay.
Margarida, the owner is very attentive to her guests.
We recommend this apartment and the beautiful city of Lisboa.

Appartement vaste et très propre, les chambres sont spacieuses et la literie est excellente. Il y a tout ce qu il faut pour une famille.
L'appartement est proche du centre en métro. La communication avec Luisa était parfaite, et c etait très agréable de pouvoir laisser nos bagages dans l immeuble.
Si vous êtes sensible au bruit, l appartement peut être bruyant puisqu'il est situé sur un grand boulevard, malgré le double vitrage installé.

Un appartement très confortable, au calme et non loin du centre (métro à proximité sinon à 20 minutes à pied). Margarida est très serviable et extrêmement réactive pour répondre à nos besoins. Nous étions 7 adultes : très bonne literie pour tous , nous avons apprécié les deux salles de bain ainsi le séjour spacieux (coin repas et coin salon). Equipement parfait, décoration soignée, très propre. Tous les ingrédients pour passer un excellent séjour à Lisbonne ! Nous recommandons sans hésitation. Merci à Margarida ainsi qu'à Luisa qui nous a accueilli plus tardivement que prévu avec le sourire !
