The space
It's a 140 m2 charming apartment with a beautiful wood floor, with a bright living where you will find a double size sofa-bed, TV and Wi-Fi. One dining room. Two large double bedrooms with super king size beds. One large room with two single beds, with a nice view from the balcony and another room with a single bed. Two spacious bathroom with amenities available. Towels and linen are freshly washed for you.You can also enjoy having a meal in a very nice glass veranda.
The apartment has a full equipped kitchen for 9, with fridge, freezer, gas oven, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juice squeezer, instant boiling water jar and washing machine. As a treat coffee and tea are available, enjoy!

Location was great, loved the size of the apartment, beds were comfortable and bathrooms great. The hosts were lovely helped carry luggage up the stairs and also helped with storage of luggage on day if departure.
The lounge furniture was a 2 and a half seater couch and armchair, perhaps they put in more furniture when there are more guests, we just squeezed 4 of us.

We stayed on the second floor for a week. Apartment is amazing ! Beautiful floor, tasteful decorations, well equipped , comfortable beds and pillows. Communication with the host was great ! I can recommend ! I want to stay there again when in Lisbon ! Thank you for hosting us !

Het was een heerlijk verblijf in Casa Avenida. Het appartement zat op de 3e verdieping in een gezellig gedeelte van Lissabon met een markt in de buurt waar allerlei restaurantjes zaten. Ook zijn er veel supermarkten in de buurt en is de metro op een paar honderd meter afstand, dus ideaal voor een stedentrip, vooral met een gezin! De communicatie was heel erg prettig en er kon zelfs oppas geregeld worden via Margarida.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille dans cet appartement. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable moment, cuisiner sur place, laver son linge, etc. La literie est très confortable, tout est super propre. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la réactivité de Margarida, l'accueil humain en arrivant, ainsi que les nombreux guides touristiques qui se trouvent dans le salon. Il faut juste savoir que l'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur (si vous avez des valises lourdes) et que le quartier est animé, donc un peu bruyant la nuit. Mais cela n'a gêné en rien notre séjour. Il y a de nombreux petits commerces proches et des snacks / restaurants. Enfin, l'appartement est à 2 min du métro qui emmène à l'aéroport, ce qui est vraiment pratique.

Such a beautiful apartment. Loads of natural light. Three bedrooms are large, just the single on the smaller side. Nuno greeted us after our late night flight and was super friendly and gave great tips about the trip. Very handy that there was a washing machine and clothes line. Less than a 5 minute walk to the metro. Easy for getting around.

We were made welcome and greeted on arrival. Our host also organised our transportation from the airport. There was a supermarket and cafes nearby., and the Metro is handy for exploration of the city.
I recommend this as a base for a holiday in Lisbon with a lovely helpful Host.

公寓超級大，共有4間房間，很適合多人團體，有2間衛浴，整理得很乾淨又溫馨，樓下就可以丟垃圾，我們在這裡度過非常美好的假期，謝謝。
2間衛浴若同時使用，水流會較小。另外我們訂的是一樓公寓，還會需要爬一層樓梯，搬運行李要稍微注意，不過這不是太大的問題

Great home. She had air conditioning in every room but one and dark draw shades Kitchen well stocked. Lots of space. WiFi was spotty in the back bedrooms but no biggie, we just came out to living room. I would love to return.

Lovely place, and Margarida and Nuno were very kind. Lots of space, and all amenities available. Short walk to metro station, so very convenient. The front rooms were a bit noisy, but the rooms in the back were really quiet. Great experience, I’d definetely recommend!

Casa pulitissima, corrisponde ale foto e vicinissima alla stazione della metro Avenida da cui si raggiunge in 10 minuti il centro e in 15 minuti l'areoporto. Vicino si trovano molti supermercati e ristoranti. Very good size. Supermarket a few doors down and two minutes from two metro stations. Arrived hours before check-in and the apartment was ready with someone there to meet us. She told us how to get everywhere on a map and what was worth seeing.
There were no negatives. Fourth floor with no lift may not suit some but was not an issue for us.

Des restaurants autour. Le métro au pied (on l'entend d'ailleurs !)
Un bel appartement avec des chambres spacieuses.
Possibilité de laisser les bagages, de façon sécurisée, en bas de l'immeuble le dernier jour et de venir les récupérer plus tard.
L'appartement est sur une rue très passante et il est donc impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre la nuit.

The flat is amazing. Spaceous, clean and on the great location. interstection beetween a green and red line of Metro. I would totaly recommend. There is a small market 50m form apaprtment, opens at 8am. Then you have 2 bigger ones 150 m in the other direction open all day. You have bars, restaunarants and breakfast options close. We loved it.

Apartment was on 2nd floor, had to take up luggage 40 steps and everytime go up and down was difficult to go up and down especially for old people.

The accommodation was well equipped. A very friendly host welcomed us on arrival, stayed in touch via WhatsApp, and gave us great recommendations that really helped during our stay. The city cenre is 10 minutes far by Metro and about 30 min by walk.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, die sich stets um unser Wohlergehen bemüht und jederzeit sehr gut erreichbar waren. Die Einrichtung ist gemütlich, das Apartment groß und geräumig, durch die zwei Bäder passend für eine größere Freundesgruppe oder Familie. Wir waren zu neunt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder. Die Anbindung an die Metro ist optimal, so dass man in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und gut 20 Minuten am Flughafen ist.

Proche de deux stations de métro, facile de faire des petites courses et bon restaurant à proximité. Accueil très sympathique, excellentes explications! Espace super pour dîner en famille et appart très spacieux ! C' est une très bonne adresse pour visiter, nous reviendrons!
Rue très bruyante, pompiers, ambulances et police passent très souvent, c' est une route qui doit mener à un hôpital. On sent les vibrations du métro.Je sais c' est une grande ville! O apartamento estava muito confortável, limpo e bem decorado. Cada detalhe foi cuidadosamente pensado para garantir o bem-estar dos hóspedes. Estávamos em um grupo de 8 pessoas e, unanimemente, apreciamos cada aspecto do local. Além disso, a Margarida foi extremamente atenciosa do início ao fim. Com certeza, voltaremos em breve!
Infelizmente, ao utilizarmos os dois chuveiros ao mesmo tempo, a pressão da água ficou bastante fraca — provavelmente um problema do prédio. Ainda assim, isso não comprometeu tanto o banho.

Veníem d'oci, però aquest dia en concret havia de treballar i ho vaig poder fer còmodament des de la casa, gràcies a la seva flexibilitat. Nos encantó. El piso estaba muy nuevo,bien equipado y muy limpio. Las camas y almohadas eran cómodas. Los anfitriones muy agradables y atentos. Además estaba muy bien situado. Habia transporte muy cerca y era una calle con mucho ambiente, tiendas, bares... Fuimos en coche y la anfitriona nos recomendó dos parkings que estaban muy cerca.

We had an early check in but the host was accommodating and was able to meet us for early check in and provide the keys. They also shared a lot of useful info and links for things to do in Lisbon. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The location was close to 2 metro stations and about 10 minute metro ride from down town lisbon. There were also lots of places to eat near by!
There are two showers but the hot water would sometimes run cold if two people used it at the same time. The AC stopped working one night but then turned on the next night (not sure why this happened).

Margarida est une hôte très accueillante qui, même à distance, était aux petits soins et pro-active. L'accueil a été réalisé par Joyce qui a fait le check-in rapidement (j'ai apprécié, après la fatigue du voyage) mais nous donnant toutes les infos (une brochure est disponible avec tous les numéros utiles et conseils). L'appartement était superbe, dans un PARFAIT état de propreté. Il était spacieux avec un salon confortable, 2 salles de bain et tout l'équipement nécessaire pour cuisiner (grille-pain, machine à expresso, presse-fruits étaient bien utiles aussi). L'appartement est très facile d'accès (seulement 15/20mn en métro de l'aéroport en ligne directe et proche du centre ville en quelques stations). Nous avons apprécié la proximité (100m) d'un petit supermarché ouvert tous les jours, d'une pharmacie et d'un bon restaurant où nous sommes allés 2 fois (L'Imperio). Le seul bémol : les sirènes non-stop des ambulances ou pompiers ! La literie était un peu dure également. Mais sinon top!

La casa es muy espaciosa, Nuno fue muy agradable cuando nos atendió al llegar y el edificio es turístico por lo tanto no hay ruidos, muy completo tenía té, cápsulas de café, etc... Y pudimos aparcar en un parking en el que a pesar de estar abierto no le pasó nada al coche.
La TV no se ve porque no tiene señal pero si Netflix y similares, lo que peor fue es el ruido de las habitaciones que dan a la autovía, no están insonorizadas y molestaba bastante, por la otra parte de la casa se escucha al pasar el metro por debajo pero nada que dificulte el descanso.

Amplio apartamento bien cuidado que hemos disfrutado. Perfecta ubicación a dos minutos del metro para llegar a donde quieres. Llegamos con dos coches que hemos podido aparcar sin problema en el parking „Praca do chile „ . Precio razonable por 12,50€/dia.

O apartamento da Casa da Avenida é bem equipado para uma estadia confortável em Lisboa. Fica localizado próximo ao metrô Alameda, que te leva aos principais pontos da cidade com muita comodidade.
Margarida foi muito receptiva e atenciosa.

كانت الشقه في الدور 3 والصعود درج لايوجد مصعد في البدايه مع الشنط يكون الوضع قليلاً ثم تعودنا واصبح سهلاً ،، الشقه عبارة عن صالة كبيرة واسعة مكيفه وفيها طاولة طعام وغرفتين نوم جهة اليمين وغرفتين نوم جهة اليسار احدها صغيرة وبجوارها دورة مياه ثم مطبخ ثم دورة مياه ومنور واسع مطل على باحة داخلية وبه الغسالة وشر الملابس بعد الغسيل ،، شقة جميلة واسعة تناسب 4-5-6 اشخاص وبالجوار شارع جيد ويوجد محل كروسون مقابل لها جداً لذيذ كذلك ،، وحلاق وسوبرماركت بقالة ومطاعم وغيرها ،، عن السنتر ب اوبر 4-5 يورو تقريباً 8 دقائق ،، تكييف ممتاز كل الغرف عدا الصغيرة ،، مضيف جيد تعامل وسمحت لنا بتسجيل خروج متاخر شكرا مارقيتا،، وكان تسجيل الدخول سهل واضح وقابلنا جوس شرحت لنا كل شيء واعطتنا المفاتيح ،،

Margarida's beautiful place was extremely neat with a well equiped kitchen, good showers and cosy lighting in the living room. Very friendly taxidriver coming from the airport which we ordered through Margarida. Metro, supermarkt and café really close by. We would definitely recommend this place!

Estava tudo muito bonito, limpo e muito confortável.

The size of the place and ot was clean
The noise from the underground subway was every frequent, which was loud and made it challenging to sleep. Also, on booking.com , it mentions a balcony and there wasn't any balcony on the 2nd floor, as they said.

Best location with nice facilities. Very spacious with luxurious amenities. Fully fitted kitchen and showers are spacious and have nice beds. Enjoyed the time in the living room with the big dining table.
Accommodation accepted 9 Adults but this is for 8 Adults or 7 Adults with 2 children . There should have been a lift as we need to take stairs for 3 floors each time

Our family group of six felt right at home in Margarida’s apartment. Plenty of space and very clean and neat. We found restaurants very close by with great food and there are 2 metro stations within easy walking distance to get wherever we needed to. We would definitely recommend this place!

Les personnes au 4e ont fait du bruit les 2 premiers soirs jusqu'à plus de minuit (enfants qui courrent et lancent des objets par terre). Malgré être aller leur signaler le premier soir, le bruit s'est renouvelé le lendemain. Heureusement ils sont partis le 3e soir.
Les chambres côté rue subissent le bruit des véhicules la nuit.

The house is very comfortable, well equipped and it is much appropriate to big famillies, like ours.
The location is very good: in the centre of Lisbon; with paid parking very close to the property, which is a plus, when parking is a nightmare in Lisbon.
Everything was wonderful.
One improvement that would make this house exceptional: install drying clothes machine in the laundry area!

The bathrooms window must be open, if taking a shower, because the steam will be trapped otherwise.

Very spacious and clean apartment close to metro station in the heart of Lisbon. Knowledgeable, responsive and friendly hosts. Would definitely recommend and stay again on future visits.
As the apartment is close to the metro station, we could hear the metro trains passing by causing a bit of noise and vibration.

Big, nice and clean apartment with good public transport connection. Clean, well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms. The guy handing over the keys was very friendly and helpful.
One of the two beds in the bedroom with the two single beds squeaked very loudly with every movement. The owner might want to fix this somehow.

When we arrived at the apartment (ours was on the third floor), the host greeted us impeccably showing us the house, which for 9 people was perfect. The host explained us everything about the city, the way to get around with public transport, where to do the shopping, where to eat for lunch and dinner.
Almost every room has air conditioning and is equipped with bath towels. There are two bathrooms and there is a kitchen that is already equipped with cutlery, plates, glasses, pots etc.... If you need it, there is a washing machine and a drying rack. Each room has a window so the house is totally illuminated and ventilated. It is well served with metro because the house is near Alameda Station and in fact it is easy to get there from the airport.
perhaps the only thing that we didn't like is the absence of the elevator, as already reported in the description here on Booking. That's all.

Her flat is big enough to accommodate a group of 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a toddler without any problem. It’s also very well positioned for the public transportation (metro) and has plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, pasteries and even a great market very close to the appartement.
The place was also very clean, quiet and very well equipped (4 working AC units). We also took advantage of the cloth line. It might look like a detail but we appreciated to never lack of hot water at any time which was not the case in others places we stayed in Portugal.
Margarida also always responded to our messages very quickly and was flexible for ou check-in time which was a great plus for us.
I fully recommend this place and I would go there again anytime if I ever visit Lisbon again.

Our property was in a good spot near restaurants and the metro. Not far from attractions. Here are the pros and cons. Pros- Good location Restaurants, grocery stores, attractions nearby in walking distance Parking is nearby ($ to park) Spacious with all the amenities you need Hair dryer works well Showers are spacious and have soap gel and shampoo Gas stove in the kitchen (we made breakfast every day) Beds and pillows are comfortable Good number of outlets to charge your devices Cons- Noisy floors which were really disturbing, above us and even in our apartment. Lots of creaking No elevator in the building Water temp in shower is just tepid (Instahot is set to 37C which is 98.6F=body temp so shower doesn't feel hot which is fine while it's summer time. The instahot that makes the hot water is very noisy as is the washer Only a single thin blanket in the apartment for the beds. No spare blankets Dining room is kind of in an awkward spot.

El piso de Margarida no está en el centro de Lisboa, pero si tiene al lado una parada de metro. Andando al centro nos llevó 20 minutos aproximadamente. La zona tiene varios sitios para desayunar rico y barato al igual que para cenar.
La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, tenia absolutamente de todo.
Las camas son muy cómodas, hasta el sofá cama!
La recepción fue muy buena, Carmen nos explicó todo sobre el piso y nos recomendó mil cosas para hacer en Lisboa, fue una experiencia súper recomendable.

My family of 5 just spent 2 weeks @ Margaritas apartments and enjoyed our much needed family time. The apartment is lovely, quite spacious and well thought out. I appreciate dressers, ample hangers, towel hooks and bathroom shelves- makes longer stays easier. The kitchen provides generous plate settings, utensils, kitchen gadgets and the like. There was enough space & separation, even surley teenagers would approve. In addition there is also a shared "back yard" on the ground floor w/ patio furniture & tot structures. The location is residential w/ many bakeries, eateries, shops and 3 big grocery shopping nearby. I chose this location due to its proximity to the parks, metro station and honestly - flatness (lack of hills) as traveling w/ a toddler can be challenging. The neighborhood is lively, colorful & safe (urban standards) - our 13 & 10 yr old kids are comfortable walking around independently for snack or ice cream outings. The apartment is close to the Metro station Alameda and you can reach all Lisboa 'hotspots' very fast. The kitchen is fully equipment, we even had coffee, tea, juice and cookies for the first evening. Everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable. I can absolutely recommend Casa de Avenida for your trip to Lisboa and would as well for a future trip to Lisboa. Margarida also have us helpful advices for our stay in Lisboa. Thanks for everything!

Lovely large apartment close to public transportation. Very quiet building. Margarida is a great host. Would definitely stay there again.

A Margarida é uma anfitriã maravilhosa. Foi muito atenciosa com a minha família do começo ao fim da hospedagem.
A casa da avenida é muito confortável, espaçosa, com quartos grandes e aconchegantes. Os banheiros e chuveiros são excelentes também.
o apartamento é ainda melhor do que as fotos mostram. Camas confortáveis, lençois e toalhas boas e disponíveis.
A localização é excelente, perto de tudo: lojas, supermercado, metro, pontos de onibus e taxi. Tambem perto de uma linda praça.
Quando reservamos o apartamento ficamos preocupados com o barulho que poderia ter da avenida, mas as janelas são anti ruidos, ou seja, dentro de casa é um silencio absoluto. Todos os quartos tem ar condicionados que funcionam perfeitamente e são silenciosos.
A experiência foi fantástica e certamente voltaremos em uma próxima ocasião. Obrigada por tudo.
