This was one of the best AirBnb's you can get in Asia. You will not be disappointed. Spend here a bit over 2 months. Fantastic view from the mountain and a serene atmosphere. 5 minutes by car to the beach. 3 minutes for smaller shops, 10-15 minutes to bigger shopping malls or Fisherman Village. Everything in the place was very well thought through, nicely designed and of the highest quality. Quality furniture, well-designed living spaces, a full stack of kitchen appliances, amazing full-time maid etc. You feel more like you are in a good 5 star hotel than airbnb. They even have slippers. Jimmy, the place manager was great too, super responsive and helpful. He helped us a lot once we just came to the island to familiarize ourselves with it. The only thing is you really need to keep in mind is you need a 4-wheel drive car, the mountain near the house is pretty steep. But really it's not bad once you get used to it. Lovely place!

Costs of electricity, water, and laundry are additional to the monthly rental and are charged at cost. Daily Continental breakfast is included. A Thai chef is available for other meals, the cost of food on the guest account +20% provisioning fee. No meals are provided as part of the booking Cleaning is provided every day for 3-4 hours. Security deposit is required on-site in any hard currency or in THB (USD 2000/THB 75000)

- Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 60 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- If the guest cancels fewer than 60 days in advance, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the unspent nights are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
