Food and beverage is charged at grocery cost plus a 20% handling fee. Kindly note that this handling fee is subject to 7% government tax. The minimum shopping handling fee is THB750. All charges are added to the guest bill and settled upon check-out.
Guests will be required to provide a petty cash float upon arrival of 20,000 Thai Baht.

Dealing with David in the lead up and during our stay was flawless. Nothing was too hard for him and the team. The house came with a full staff which were available day and night to meet our requests for food, planning, drinks, booking cars and tours. May, our house manager was excellent and took the time to even cook my baby home made baby food every day. From the moment we arrived the team did everything possible to ensure we had the best time. The house is stunning and huge. We had four families and it never felt like we were on top of each other. I’d highly recommend David’s place to any large group, whether it be a family vacation or friends - this is the place to stay in Koh Samui.

Wow! What can I say about my stay at Villa Solana other than it was a magical experience! I celebrated by 40th birthday at the villa with 8 of my close family/friends and several things stood out and made out stay exceptional: 1.) Lala & the entire concierge team were friendly, thoughtful, professional, & anticipated our needs! This was top notch service! 2.) The villa is absolutely gorgeous & looks just like pics! We literally woke up in paradise every day. 3.) The villa worked w/ my friends to pull off a private beautifully designed private birthday party dinner w/ food from the extensive (and tasty!) Villa Solana Menu. They allowed decorations & an outside photographer to capture the event! The also gave me a thoughtful gift at the end of my stay <3 4.) Payments were easy! Groceries, transport, massage expenses were added to the house bill. Overall, the villa felt like home & the staff felt like family. This is the best thing you can ask for on a vacay & I will definitely be back!

The villa was absolutely amazing and the pictures really don't do it justice! It really made the week a remarkable experience for our group. David and his team were very responsive before and during the booking which elevated the experience further. A personal thanks to Khun Lalah (villa manager) and her team were great and accodated all our wishes. We can't wait to book again!

This villa was very impressive. Beautiful views with modern amenities and thoughtful, tasteful design. Location was also fantastic. All of us had a great time. The villa staff were terrific in helping to resolve some issues at the start of our stay and always willing to help. Very gracious hospitality - whether helping to accommodate dietary restrictions, helping with childproofing, or recommending and booking restaurants. David was a great host and always super responsive. Would definitely return to stay.
