* Bedrooms 5 & 6: Private lower-level spaces near the cinema and gym, each with king bed and calming ocean views.

* Bedrooms 7 & 8: Lower level bedrooms with sea view. 2 single beds (convertible to kings)

* Kid's bedroom: Lower level next to Bedrooms 7 & 8. One single bed and one pull-out bed. Shared bathroom.

Personal Services
Your stay includes a dedicated villa manager, private chef, housekeeper, and handyman. Daily breakfast is provided. The chef prepares Thai and international cuisine, with options for dietary needs, children’s meals, and BBQs. Grocery shopping is arranged at cost plus a service fee. Additional services—airport transfers, babysitting, massage, yoga, and car rental—are available on request.

Guests will be required to provide a petty cash float upon arrival of 20,000 Thai Baht.

Food and beverage is charged at grocery cost plus a 20% handling fee. Kindly note that this handling fee is subject to 7% government tax. The minimum shopping handling fee is THB750. All charges are added to the guest bill and settled upon check-out.
