Everything was very walkable, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating! It’s about a 10 minute walk to the pier and there are a bunch of amazing restaurants and coffee shops nearby. I highly recommend this place. The private pool was a very nice touch as well

Greg and Silvia place is the perfect place to stay if you're visiting the island of Cozumel. Centrally located to all restaurants, bars and nightlife. The place gives you a feel of security and privacy. Will be back!

Loud & constant construction immediately next door (as of mid-August 2024). It was extremely loud (concrete saw & jack hammer noises) and it went late into the evening and woke us up early in the morning. We could hear it through the walls of our room, and it was especially loud outside, making use of the pool impossible. Check with owners if construction is ongoing before you book. We had to reduce our 6 night stay to 1 night and find somewhere new. They refused to let us store our bags for the day when we checked out leading us to have to miss an excursion that was already paid for and have 1 less day to enjoy Cozumel. Upon departure I complimented Silvia on the room and location, and recommended that they let people know about the construction in advance. She looked daggers at me and was extremely curt. This would be a nice place to stay when there is no construction (apparently a French woman is building a bakery next door) so I just recommend you ask them in advance.

Please do not remove them to use elsewhere on the island. ♦ Prescribed Marijuana and other recreational drugs are illegal in Mexico and are not allowed at Stingray Villa.

  • Note: The Super Strict cancellation policy applies to special circumstances and is by invitation only.
  • For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 30 full days before the listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
  • If the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
  • Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
  • Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
  • A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
