Bright apartment with spacious living areas and central location, this is the perfect place for couples, professionals or for a family to get away.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen has a washing machine, oven, kettle plus plenty of cookware, glassware, crockery and cutlery so you can easily cook up a brunch or lunch for everybody.

LIVING ROOM
The dining table seats up to 4 guests. You’ll find the sociable and light living room set up with a Smart TV and double sofa bed not yet made up as a bed, making it a lovely space for chilling out, getting together for a few drinks or catching up on the events of the day. If you prefer, you can simply relax and watch a movie on the TV.

BATHROOM
The bathroom has a shower over the bath, sink, mirror and toilet. We provide plenty of bath towels, hand towels and bath mat.

BEDROOM
Double Bed, convenient fitted hanging unit for your clothes, bedside table and lamp

IN ADDITION
There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer for guests to use.

My Getaways is committed to our owners to ensure their holiday homes are protected during bookings. The day before you arrive at your property we will send you a 3D secure link to pay either pre-authorise your credit card for a fully refundable damages deposit of £300 OR you can opt to pay £30 non-refundable My Cover/Accidental Damage Waiver, which covers you for to up to £300 of accidental damage protection. Deliberate damage is not covered. If you opt to pay a deposit, you will have your card pre-authorised for the full damage deposit and if no deductions are to be made, we aim to remove the pre-authorisation within five working days after you check out.

Great location for the price, small amount of noise from pub below but didn't disturb us. Small walk to plenty of restaurants / bars and right next to the shopping center. Some stairs to get up to the flat may be difficult with any mobility issues.

Lovely little flat above a cosy and welcoming pub, near to the beach, the Lanes and walkable from the station too. The flat was clean, cosy and warm, very welcome after a day's exploring or night out. The host at the pub was most helpful and kind when we arrived a bit late due to delays on the trains. Excellent value for money, would recommend and would certainly stay there again when we next visit Brighton.

The place looked like the pictures but as we started walking around we found few broken decorations, marks all over the walls, in the kitchen we found lots of rust and broken things (the oven handle came off when we tried opening it) and it definitely needs some upgrading in general, the place was overall dirty and dusty (found dirty dishes and spider webs on the cutlery plus dust everywhere ), the worst part is that when we opened the sofa bed there was rat poop on it, looking around the house we also saw more on the carpet and we also found pigeon poops under a radiator. When calling they apologised and said that they're not responsible for the cleaning in the flat but they agreed on a full refund and I left the flat the day after as it was late to leave the flat on the same day. I was not happy with the experience, I thought it would've been nice if other than apologising they offered to move us to another apartment as they have a lot of them around there. Wouldn't recommend
