Silvia & Greg were excellent, very responsive hosts and were very accommodating when our flight home was canceled due to bad weather in Dallas. We were able to stay an extra two days for a great price due to them having a cancellation. It worked out perfectly. Their guidebook came in handy many times and they were able to give us other recommendations as needed. My husband and I go to Cozumel twice a year to dive and will definitely book with them again! My understanding is that it’s an adults only villa which was fantastic and quiet! The rooms were very clean with a huge king size bed, an AC, a Roku TV with Netflix and free WiFi. They also provide a ton of drinking water, a coffee maker, coffee, creamer, sugar and anything else you might need. There is plenty of room to hang your diving gear to dry, if you’re a diver. The pool area is gorgeous with beautiful greenery and potted plants. Thank you Silvia and Greg for the hospitality! We will be back! Sophie and Thomas

Had a great stay with Silvia and Greg and would be happy to stay in one of their properties again! Property was exactly as pictured, AC worked great, and it was incredibly quiet for the duration of our stay despite other guests in adjacent rooms and lots of scooters on the nearby streets. Bed was firm and comfortable. Hosts were super responsive, including in the middle of our stay when we thought we had a hot water issue (was totally user error :)). They sent us a lot of valuable information in advance (e.g. transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.) which was very helpful for planning. Highly recommend!!

From booking to checkout, Silvia and Greg were proactive, friendly, and helpful. They are clearly very experienced hosts! The place was well cared for and had everything I needed for a few days of a diving trip. I appreciated that they provided water jugs in the room. Would happily stay again!

Wonderful place! Spacious, comfortable, and with a fun pool. Great location. Greg is a friendly, attentive host with quick responses. Only one small note for those sensitive to smells – the room had a faint scent as if it had been smoked in long ago (the kind that sticks to furniture, not a sign of poor cleanliness). it definitely doesn’t take away from this amazing place.

Our stay was very nice. The place was like it was shown in the pictures. Silvia and Greg offered us plenty of information and they were very responsive when we had a question. The place was nestled in a quiet area, the house rules allowed peace and quiet, and the pool was very beautiful. It's a few blocks from good restaurants and not far from downtown. We'll definitely stay here again when we're in Cozumel again.

Excellent stay! We had 3 nights and ended up booking one more night here. Silvia and Greg were very friendly and had great advice and tips. The room was very clean, and we enjoyed the nice pool, free water and good coffee. Nice location. We would definitely come back to this place again, when visiting Cozumel.

Second time at Greg and Sylvia’s - this time at their new location. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The shower was fabulous! They pool is perfect for a relaxing cool-off after a day of diving or sight-seeing. Well set up for divers - they filled the dive rinse tank for us and there is a line to hang our stuff. Greg had great suggestions for dive shops and places to go. He helped us get a taxi through a fb page to take us to the marina for our three days of diving. Coffee in the room was a nice way to start the day and it was a short walk to breakfast restaurants. The room was comfortable and the AC kept it cool.

I visited Silvia and Greg's place with my mom and they were great hosts. They have a very quiet place and it is ideal for resting. Everything was very clean and tidy. And most amazing, the pool. It's very close to downtown, you can get to the pier very easily, so much so that you can walk there.

We had a great stay. Everything was as described and really clean. Pool was nice, there was a possibility to wash your own dive equipment (outside). Restaurants are easily reachable by foot. Would stay there again.

Stingray villa is a great place to stay. Walkable to most everything: laundry, convenience store, dive shops, restaurants, downtown. Super responsive host who greet you upon checkin/checkout. There is a spot to rinse and dry dive gear. Absolutely zero issues with WiFi, super fast. Just provides you with a mobile guide that answers any and all questions and give recommendations for restaurants etc.

Highly recommended! This is a great location since it is walking distance but just far enough that there is no noise from town. The rooms were clean and the pool was refreshing. Lovely hosts with lots of great recommendations of things to do/ places to eat.

The accommodation is just as you can see in the photos, the space is very clean, and great that includes water and coffee to drink!!, everything is great!!, however, they do not have indoor space to leave motorcycles, which made it a little difficult for me to get around in Cozumel, since the only ways to move to the beaches is by taxi, car or motorcycle and traveling alone, the best option is motorcycle, and on the street it is not advisable to leave it, if they included this safe space, the place would not ask for anything else, otherwise and the place itself, I would recommend it 100%.

We had a great stay at Stingray Villas! The unit felt very secure but still relaxing. Great location, everything was within walking distance. There are several dive shops only a few blocks away as well as great food options. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and a great place to cool down from the heat. We will definitely be back!

Silvia and Greg’s Stingray Villa has been the best place that I have ever stayed at. They are very attentive and hospitable. The apartment was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, very safe, and simply gorgeous. They also provided essentials and purified drinking water. I loved having warm/hot water, the fan and ac are also a big plus after a long hot day exploring the island. The pool is beautiful and clean. Greg is very knowledgeable of the island and he provides a manual that will guide you throughout your stay. An Oxxo is conveniently located right around the corner. The place is a short (5-7 min) walking distance to the centro, shops, restaurants, car rentals, ocean, and the ferry. We rented a car because we wanted to explore the whole island but there are taxis everywhere and they will take you for a decent amount. I highly recommend Silvia and Greg’s place! Amazing host and amazing hospitality. We absolutely loved it!

Stingray Villa is so wonderful! 100% feels like vacation : ) Sylvia and Greg are so welcoming and friendly! We really enjoyed everything and loved the pool and patio area to relax at the end of the day : ) The coffee was so good, the pillows and bed were super and everything was modern and very purposeful (like hooks in the shower for swim suits) : ) We walked to eat and shop everyday! The fridge and fresh water were so nice! We highly recommend visiting Cozumel and of course Stingray Villa! It is a perfect place to stay!

What a fabulous little spot. Close to everything but in a quiet part of town so very restful. You couldn’t ask for better hosts, always available but not in your space. The pool and courtyard are beautiful. The pictures do not lie. Highly recommend this wonderful spot and hosts. Thank you for a wonderful place to call home for 10 days. We will be back.

We highly recommend Stingray Villa! Convenient location with walking distance to the water, shopping, restaurants, and dive shops. Very safe and lovely property. Quiet except for one night the neighbors across the street had a loud party. We suggest bringing ear plugs for this rare occasion. The hosts Greg and Silvia were very responsive and friendly. Their online guide is very helpful and intuitive so don’t ignore it!

Lovely place to stay in CZM. Just four blocks away from "El Malecon" with local businesses around each corner. Quiet and only sharing courtyard and pool with 3 other units. Slept like a rock ,wonderful bed.

Great place to stay!!! Everything from locating the property to checking out on the last day was super easy. Silvia is an excellent communicator and provides you with all the information you will need prior to your arrival. She was there to meet us on arrival and check in was a breeze. The courtyard and pool area is beautifully maintained and full of tropical plants. Really adds to the atmosphere. Pool is in great condition and gets plenty of sunlight during the day. The room was also in excellent condition. Had recently received a fresh coat of paint and was very clean inside and out. The bed was a little harder than I prefer but nothing that will prevent me from returning. The entire property is very secure. Surrounded by decorative concrete wall with a major league gate. Each room gets its own keys to lock the individual room and also the front gate. It remains locked at all times!! The room also had a safe in the closet. My wife and I never felt unsafe at any time. Location is walking distance to the main town square. It is surrounded by restaurants and shopping. Roughly 4 blocks from the ocean. Street parking was available right outside the gate. I was never worried about the car. Obviously be smart and lock your stuff. Overall it was a 5 star experience with Silvia and Greg at Stingray Villa!!!

If you come to Cozumel, this is the perfect choice for where to stay. It’s centrally located and you can walk most places. If you want to explore other parts of the island, there are many scooter rentals available within walking distance. Sylvia and Greg were absolutely incredible hosts. I needed a trash bag and messaged Sylvia and very soon after I asked, 3 bags were outside our door. I asked on another day for more toilet paper and she left an entire package on our outside table almost right after. This was hands-down the best service I’ve ever received this was hands-down the best service I’ve ever received from an Airbnb. Everything was super comfortable and cozy. One thing to note, however, is that the bed only has a sheet, not a blanket or comforter. I I prefer a comforter, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker because I would stay there again.

Silvia & Greg were extremely helpful. Ariived with our keys and gave us the low down on the room and location, the guide they provide to local attractions was helpful also. The place is far enough from center but close enough to walk! The WiFi was great for our work. The best spots to eat are Tacolates and the Gastro area with multiple pop ups to choose from! Would definitely stay again!

We had an amazing time here! Beautiful place, the owners are so friendly and available, the place has great access (walking distance) to all the best places.. and we rented a car to get to the rest. But honestly, you can get a taxi so easily.. we just like to have our own set of wheels. Guys, when you book, READ READ READ the info they send. And you can pretty much plan your entire trip based off the information on their Stingray Villa website.. these guys know Cozumel. Top notch recommendations and best bang for your buck. :)

Good place to stay right in the middle of everything you might need. Pool area doesn’t get much sun in the winter time, other than that, great place to stay, especially for divers. There is a public pier 3 blocks away for boat pickup and drop off with place to rinse and hang scuba gear. Hosts are very accommodating and friendly!

An amazing spot right near downtown! The space is clean and comfortable- we had a lovely time staying here. Fantastic bed and the pool in the courtyard was perfect for soaking our feet while drinking a beer in the evening. Greg and Silvia provided an awesome little packet of info with restaurants and other great things to know that we also found super helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

A true gem. Unfortunately we had poor weather during our stay thanks to some hurricanes, but Silvia and Greg were able to help us make the most of it with their incredible local tips and wonderful place. We highly suggest reading their local dining guide, as the places on list were some of our best meals during our entire trip to Mexico. The unit is absolutely pristine. We cannot wait to return and book with them in the future.

As far as we’re concerned, this is the ONLY place you should be staying at in Cozumel! Not only were Greg and Silvia helpful, friendly, accommodating and gracious hosts, but their space was unbeatable. Private, safe and posh. Perfectly located in the heart of everything. The pool was an amazing and memorable addition to our stay. And they have the best tips for enjoying the island like a true local! 10/10

Greg and Silvia’s place is really cool. It’s very centric, right in the heart of Cozumel. It’s also very clean, and provides excellent value for money. The hosts were very friendly and very responsive to anything we needed. Just be aware that they go into the room to empty the trash bins and check to replace used up toiletries while you’re not there. It didn’t really bother us, but it might catch you off guard. Overall I rate the experience a 10/10.

Internet speed was surprisingly good as my previous condo accommodation down the coast was slower and harder to load some web sites. Silvia and Greg are always at hand should you need something or want to know something about the area. Would definitely stay here again.

The location is better than it looks in the photo. And this really happens. Everything is perfect, handmade and loved. Silvia and Greg did an excellent job, even in the smallest detail. Nothing is really left to chance. Personally, finishes and furnishings would be showcased at Milan's Design Week, because the originality is brilliant. Very comfortable bed, AC perfectly working but not annoying, makes the spacious room dehumidified, record shower for width and water pressure. Perfect. I love modern Mexican art and I feel like I had the privilege of being in a small museum, a cameo. Total respect for privacy, the good luck also to find other nice and loving guests. The safety care is also excellent, even though I never felt unsafe in Cozumel, people seem adorable and always say hi on the street. I close with a personal note that I think is very important to me. Due to the ongoing cancellations and rescheduling of Interjet, my flight scheduled for July 1, 2020 was anticipated to June 28, 2020, so I asked S&G to change the dates of the reservation knowing that, given the contractual terms, they would have right to deny me the change and hold €140. To be a big surprise, they accepted and refunded the nights I couldn't stay. I emphasize this because being honest is not for everyone. I wish them a great success because they put so much Love into what they do and they assist you from the second following the request to book until the keys are logged. Great job Guys!

Our stay was really beautiful and comfortable. Silvia and Greg are wonderful hosts that are there if you need them but never in your way/space. The room was about the size of a decent hotel room, with all the basics! Very comfortable and relaxing! The beds were very large and comfy. There is great natural light and air flowing through the room! The pool was a little colder but super refreshing at the end of a nice hot day! All in all, our stay was fantastic and we wouldn’t hesitate to book, or refer, these rooms again, for any future visits! Thank you
