Casa Felicia is a 3-storey old mansion renovated in the summer of 2017 in the castle of Monevasia, just 60m from the main entrance. All the rooms are decorated with antiques and high-quality furniture that reflect the love and sensitivity of the owners, thus making visitors feel the warmth and comfort of this unique castle mansion. The residence is set on 3 floors, with 2 independent entrances and floors communicating internally with each other.
All floors have double beds with luxury mattresses, upstairs and heated double-layered four-layer mattresses.
On the ground floor there is a king size bed in a basement, a dining room, a kitchen complete with built-in smeg appliances (hotplates, oven, fridge, extractor hood), coffee maker, kettle, fridge maker, toaster, barbecue, shower, atrium with coffee corner.
On the 1st floor with independent entrance, a single room with dining room - office - library - small fridge, wine maintainer - double bed - unique spa area (oxygen therapy, chromotherapy, ozonotherapy).
On the 2nd floor there is a fireplace, a three-seater couch and armchairs, smart Tv 4k, full Cosmote Tv satellite program, blueray 4k, eclectic collection, internet Tv with wireless keyboard, espresso maker, kettle, toaster, small fridge, in the sea and in the east, and a terrace with two corners of coffee.
All rooms are fully air-conditioned and have individual safes and a laptop storage area. Living in the mansion means that the description is little compared to what you see and feel. It is atmospheric and all the space emanates a mystery. It is considered the ideal accommodation for honeymooners, christenings and special anniversaries. The whole exterior and interior design of the building, and the emphasis on detail, give a uniqueness and guarantee unforgettable holidays. The climatic conditions of the area, the location, the comfortable access, the full service, make the stay dreamy throughout the year.
Visitors have access to all the mansions’ floors.
The Castle of Monemvasia is connected to the port through the main bridge. Visitors can arrive at the castle entrace on foot or with a vehicle.

Authentic townhouse in quality furniture style Unfortunately we could not have breakfast on the terrace because in full sun and no umbrella. It's not very functional. There is a bed in the kitchen in the cellar, a bed in the living room and a bed in the dining room, not very convenient. We slept badly because of the music from the surrounding bars 😔

Property Manager Terms
- For a full refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days prior to listing’s local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email).
- For a 50% refund of the nightly rate, the guest must cancel 7 full days before the listing's local check-in time (shown in the confirmation email), otherwise no refund will be given. If only 50% of the reservation has been paid, no refund will be issued and the remaining 50% will simply not be charged.
- If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance or decides to leave early after check-in, the nights not spent are not refunded.
- Cleaning fees are always refunded if the reservation is cancelled before check-in.
- Accommodation fees (the total nightly rate you’re charged) are refundable in certain circumstances as outlined below.
- A reservation is officially cancelled when the guest clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Change or Cancel.
