The place was really wonderful, with a very beautiful environment and a warm atmosphere. Special mention should be made of Kyriakos, who was extremely friendly and always willing to help us in any case. Thanks to him, our stay became even more pleasant and comfortable. We will definitely recommend and come back again!

The villa was an absolute dream! We loved having our own bed and bathrooms, using the sun chairs and pool, and walking to the beach! However, some aspects of the home should have been communicated better upfront and impacted the quality and value of our stay. First, you need to rent a car. We found this out too late and nobody in my group felt comfortable driving so we ended up paying €500+ in taxi fees during our 4-day stay. The best price was €40 for the mere 9 minute drive to Naoussa one-way, and €70+ anywhere else. There are no markets accessible without a car, we needed water, and the best price for a car to drive us 9 minutes to buy groceries and back was €100. Second, the kitchen comes with all equipment needed to cook and olive oil, but no spices—not even salt. We did not realize this until after we had completed our grocery run, and we could not pay €100 more to buy salt. We asked for help and received no reply. For the price of the home, we had expected a little more.

We had a great week at the villa The description is accurate, everything was clean and maintained. Communication was seamless and we received information on the first day that was helpful to us. We were 2 families with 3 children from 2 to 5 years old, the house and pool delighted everyone. We will not hesitate to come back and we recommend it to anyone looking for calm for their vacation.

Our family had an amazing stay at Villa Anemos in Páros! The villa offers breathtaking views that look like they're straight out of a Greek movie. It’s peaceful and serene, perfect for a relaxing family retreat. The host was wonderful, ensuring we had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic for a refreshing swim, and we loved using the barbecue for family meals. Plus, the beach is just a short walk away, ideal for quiet mornings and beautiful sunsets. Villa Anemos is the perfect spot for a tranquil escape on a stunning island. Highly recommended!

The owner was very responsive!!! A bit disappointed that there was no microwave as we went out a lot had had many leftovers... The bed in the master was very low and a bit hard to get out of for someone with bad knees. Was a bit surprised by the high volume of misquotes that were around. Most everyone looked like pin cousin's by the time we left!!! Again great owner but probably will stay somewhere else next time.

The villa was lovely, the separate bedroom wasn't so great and although we knew about it before we went it felt more detached than we imagined. The pool area was lovely, very private and the seating area out the back of the villa had beautiful views. Little ants in the kitchen were a pain but that's just one of those things, I'd definitely take sealed food bags next time to put open things in. The water and wine were a very welcome gift on arrival and hopefully the bottles we left behind were useful to the next guests. Check in and check out was extremely easy. The cleaning service mid week was a real treat, who doesn't love a clean bed! We took a guided island tour during our week and that was great.....you definitely can't drive and look around on the roads of Paros! All in all a lovely few days with my family.

We had such an amazing time at this property. The owner was responsive and helpful, providing info for the area. We were met by his assistant who let us in and got us settled. The property was as described. The proximity to the beach was great and having the pool was perfect for the kids. We loved patios and sat outside in the breeze as much as possible. Our friends who are from Greece said they would likely rent again when they return next year! Thanks for the great vacation.

The house was impeccably clean. It was clear that the host took great care in maintaining a tidy and welcoming villa for guests. The cleanliness certainly added to the overall comfort of our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and always available to address our concerns or questions. The property's outdoor area was spacious, offering ample room for relaxation and recreation. The privacy and tranquillity of the neighbourhood added to the charm. Improvement Points: The pool motor was broken on day 1, and the water was not clean. However, to their credit, the host took immediate action to rectify the situation. The other disappointing aspect of the property was the garden. The garden appeared neglected, with weeds growing everywhere. This discrepancy detracted from the overall experience, particularly since we spent a significant amount of time in the pool area. It would have been more enjoyable if the outdoor space had been properly maintained. Overall, our stay was positive!

Very nice villa close to the sea. Very spacious and well located (10 min from naoussa). The terraces are very well exposed and the pool is clean. But several big black points. very little(if not none) of communication and responsiveness when a problem is mentioned on the spot. One of the bedrooms and two bathrooms felt the septic tank intermittently without any solution being offered which is unacceptable for this kind of price. Lack of equipment on site and still no solution. No bin bags for the kitchen. No charcoal, etc. which may seem trivial but painful to buy on site for only a few days. In short, an extremely disappointing service for the price.

Genuinely exceeded our already high expectations. A beautiful, comfortable villa with two terraces, roof space, pool, bbq, great cooking facilities, less than ten minutes walk from a stunning and secluded beach. Ambelas and Naousa both within a short easy drive. Fully recommended.

Enjoyed our week long stay at Villa Anemos. Communication with our host, Theoharis was excellent throughout and his representative on location, Kostas, went above and beyond in assisting us with a medial emergency we had during our stay. We cannot thank him enough for all he did. The villa was very clean and well appointed. The pool was wonderful. The grounds however could use some sprucing up. There was a lot of dead vegetation as well as weeds and overgrown vines around the property. The bamboo covering over the pool pergola was in need of replacing and one section was missing entirely. Just a little bit of TLC would make this a 5 star property. This villa is also located in a remote part of the island which we enjoyed but it will take a 15-20 minute drive to get to the town of Nasousa where you'll find supermarkets and restaurants. The port town of Parikia where the ferries come in is around 30 minutes away. There are only a couple of restaurant options within walking distance of the villa.

Very nice house, very functional, quiet and allows you to enjoy two terraces including one sheltered from the wind. The pool is very pleasant too and makes for adults and children. The location is ideal, close to Naoussa and about ten kilometers from Parikia or beautiful villages like Lefkes. You can walk to the landscaped beach of Ambelas as you pass the Vammos cafe and down the small path along the beach (10/15 min walk). Otherwise the beach of Isterni is even closer to the house and allows you to swim in a small cove very quiet and more wild and confidential than Ambelas. In short, we recommend it!

This villa is nice, clean and spacious, with some lovely views over the sea and to the mountains around. It is in a quiet holiday home area, and the plot size is large with it's own vines and separate barbecuing area. The area around is under some development, which means that the access road is a little bumpy, but we were met a few kilometres away by the agent to guide our way. The pool area is lovely and very clean. The villa is walking distance to the nearest beach which has a very nice beach club with comfortable daybeds / loungers which you can rent, and several bars and restaurants. Within a 30 minute pleasant walk or short drive there are many more restaurants. Local restaurants will also deliver to the villa, and the taxi driver whose details were provided in the welcome pack, would collect from the villa and can take you to local restaurants. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is a small dishwasher also. The air conditioning and wifi were excellent. The nearest supermarket is about a 10 minute drive in Naoussa, and there is a 24-hour bakery in town called Ragoussis which does amazing cakes, sandwiches, ice creams and more.

The house was exactly as described. In the upper area there is a well-equipped kitchen, a dining area and a living area. Also in the upper area is a bedroom with direct access to a bathroom. The remaining rooms are in the lower part of the house. From the rear, covered terrace you have a beautiful view of the sea. The pool left nothing to be desired. We just missed a few sun umbrellas. Theoharis was always available and always helped us when it was necessary. The house is very quiet and a rental car is appropriate if you want to make some trips to the nearby beaches or to Naoussa or Parikia. I would really recommend to rent a car as taxi is quite expensive (what is quite normal for an island).

This was one of the best airbnb experiences we have had from start to finish! Theoharis was EXTREMELY communicative, rapid responses, patient, and very informative. He provided us with an amazing PDF of local tips, (with as much detail as what fish to get from the local market), driving directions with photos, googlemap links and much more. These were incredibly helpful when we needed to give our taxi drivers directions or find things close by. Check in was super easy-We received a lovely welcome gift of wine and were greeted and given a tour by his lovely associate. They were very helpful in arranging transportation, down to every detail- even when our boat was delayed they had a solution right away. They were also helpful in arranging day trips or suggesting things to do. The house itself is exactly as described. Lots of lovely open communal spaces, and the pool is really lovely. The rooms are big, all with their own bathroom. The house was cleaned every 3 days, and was spotless! The local beaches are some of the best we encountered on the island, as were the local fish taverns. Note that this house is far removed from everything else so you will need a rental car, or have a driver on hand that you call ahead and book for pickups/dropoffs. Thank you for a lovely week!

We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at Villa Anemos in Paros. The booking process and communication with Theoharis was great. Our contact for the villa once we arrived was a lady called Ritsa who was fantastic. Any small issues dealt with immediately and with a lovely manner. The villa itself is in a brilliant location with a lovely beach and good restaurants a short walk away. Also very close to the town and other amazing beaches. The villa itself is spacious and clean with a lovely pool and super comfy beds. Highlights include Monastiri Beach and the Beach Club there; the boat trip with Konstantin (details in the villa brochure) and Siparos Restaurant. Thanks for a superb holiday 😎😎😎

Place is legit! We booked late, and prepared well and everything was as we expected! We had a car. We drove into town to eat. We walked down to what was truly our own private pebble perfect beach! We had our own swimming pool for the kids to get in after the beach. The guys were super responsive to our questions!! Kosta one of the hosts was awesome meeting us at the super market to guides us to the house, and to guide us to the port for our excursion and even helped us get our private boat for our excursion as we wanted it not as the tourist guides suggest it. It was really great. I was here with my sister in law my nieces and my sister in laws bother and his son! It was great! I’d return in a heartbeat!

Great week spent in Paros in Villa Anemos! We were very well received by Theoharis who gave us excellent tips to organize our stay and was very helpful! Several bottles of wine were waiting for us to celebrate our arrival! Will be back!!!
