Our family of eight adults loved staying in this lovely big home. The pool and outdoor spaces were amazing and we spent as much time as possible relaxing there. Probably the best part of our trip and we hated to leave. Special thanks for the giant jug of delicious olive oil to cook with!

Absolutely stunning villa. In all my years using airbnbs this was the first time the actual place was much nicer than the pictures on the listing. The villa is spacious and all bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom. The terrace and pool area were spectacular, and my family and I spent most of our time there. The location is great, it’s 10 min from the town of Noussa and there is a beautiful, private beach close by (much nicer than Monastiri or Kolymprethes beach). Lastly, Theoharis was an amazing host. He is very reaponsive, was flexible with our check in/check out and catered to whatever request we had. I would highly recommend booking this villa for anyone visiting Paros.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in this house for the ninth time. The house is very quiet and has a beautiful view of the sea. It has two beautiful, very private, small sandy beaches with crystal clear water within a 5-minute walk. The outdoor area of the house is very great and offers many different cozy places, tables, loungers and lounges to linger, sunbathe and eat. The rooms are beautifully furnished and all have an ensuite shower/WC. Two rooms are a little dark, as they only have a small window (surely nice and cool in the summer heat). The kitchen/living room and dining area are tastefully furnished. We cooked and grilled a lot and then ate outside. If the weather doesn't allow you to eat outside, it gets a bit cramped inside to eat together and you have to move to the couch. The service was super nice and excellent. All in all, a very great accommodation that we would book again.

Fabulous stay in stylish, comfortable villa. Beautiful views in all directions, wonderful outdoor living spaces. Short walk to peaceful swimming cove. Several good restaurants 15 min walk away. We were 2 families and had plenty of space.

Beautiful and quite area. The harbor nearby and the small beaches were a bonus. Pretty and simple standard inside, with everything you need. Lovely outdoor area! Some little closet space/ hanging in the bedrooms. One bedroom downstairs had a poorly functioning air conditioning that smelled a bit of " moisture". Otherwise, we were very happy with our stay and enjoyed the area. You need a car to get around and get food/ drink shopping. Noussa is 10 min by car and is a lovely port city with lots of good restaurants. We gladly came back !

Absolutely stunning villa, perfect for a big group! Hosts were amazing and helpful for organizing transfer to the property. Very communicative and someone was there to greet our group. Nearly everything was perfect, just be aware that if you don’t rent a car, the main town is about 1h20 walk or 6€ per person taxi.

Absolutely perfect. From the communication prior to the booking, to throughout and after check out, Theoharis was amazing. The villa is in a perfect location between local towns and secluded beaches. Clean, with Plenty of ammenities and space for a large number guests. This exceeded our expectations. Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

An absolutely fabulous villa in a beautiful area, great location close to beautiful beaches and great restaurants. We had a few issues with the water pressure but someone was sent out to fix it quickly. Would definitely recommend the villa and would stay in it again if we return to Paros.

What a beautiful piece of property. Away from the hustle and bustle of the port. The property management helped with obtaining transportation as this was needed. We did lots of exploring on the island once we had scooters, and a car! The view from the house is spectacular.

The house is ideally located, super spacious with great commodities The service is perfect: cleaning, soap like at the hotel (there was no wine glasses and it was brought to the house in 1h thanks to Theoharis team) Thinking about going back already :)

Our stay in Theoharis’ place was even better than we expected. It is not often that reality exceeds expectations but this is just what happened. The house, already beautiful in picture, was even prettier in real life, with the interiors renewed (believe me, you’ll love the surprise) and the exteriors wider than in pictures. We were a group of 8 friends, and each of us could enjoy his space. Theoharis was really helpful giving us advices and arranging everything, he answers in no time. Thanks for having us! Hoping to be back soon

As previous comments say: the pictures don’t do it justice. What an amazing place!! It would have been nice to have some matching glasses for drinks ;-) but everything else was AMAZING!! We loved the house!!

The Cyclades style villa is in a lovely setting on the top of the Apollo village with a nice view of the sea. Plenty of spaces to relax, dine and enjoy the view. If someone needs privacy, no problem, can accommodate comfortably 8+ people. Bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All went smooth, easy communication, excellent local tips. The closest beach is a short walk down the road. Great choice for holiday on Paros.

If your looking for a relaxing and beautiful island to experience and a stunning villa to take it all in this if for you. An amazing outdoor area and pool was beyond expectation. With a a car you can explore the nearby beaches and try some beautiful Greek dishes. For a family of adult children it was a really memorable visit as we were all able to relax and feel comfortable. We will be back!

Beautiful villa, the photos don’t do it justice. Very private, and the view is stunning. There are lots of different seating areas and it was perfect for our group holiday. Next time we will hire a car or quad bikes to get around, but the hosts couldn’t have been more helpful with arranging taxis for us. We would recommend booking a couple of the local restaurants in advance as we found them to be booked up as it was a public holiday.

Great location within a 15 minute walk to local fishing village with a beach bar and restaurants and a short drive to Naousa. Fantastic views of the sea from the pool area and terrace. Tiny quiet beaches very close by. We were a group of 8 adults and had a relaxing stay. Theoharis is a great host and responded to queries/any problems very promptly.
