We really enjoyed our stay and would book again. The large sofa was lovely and a big reason we booked it so we could relax as if we were at home. The dogs were safe in the enclosed garden and the beds were super comfy.

Lovely cosy cottage with brilliant location as didn’t need to use the car for the whole of our stay. A few issues at check in as the lock box code we were sent was wrong but I saw another review with the same issue so followed instructions on the listing as that one suggested and all worked fine, and same issues for WiFi. The about info folder was very out of date and we felt it could easily be 5 stars with a few simple updates, but would still recommend.

Lovely place ideally located for walks to the harbour, the supermarket and more importantly, the pubs. The house is lovely and clean, private and has a fantastic bee-friendly garden, no hideous plastic grass here! We enjoyed walking the dog up the local hills, Woolacombe beach and the nearby Cairn nature reserve. All in all we had a perfect short break.

Nice little place for a couple of nights stay. Had trouble getting in due to the wrong code being on the message sent the day before (the correct code was within the listing but took a little while for us to work this out as usually we just go with the recent messsge). Bathroom could use some renovations. Comfy beds, everything really clean and comfortable. The WiFi password on the listing was also incorrect and we had to get this from the back of the router.

A very comfortable place in which to stay. Great beds and good quality furniture with plenty of storage space. The private parking space is an absolute bonus as it means you can freely go out for a few hours and not worry about finding a parking place when you return. The Sawmills Pub, just a few minutes away from Ilfracombe on the main road towards Combe Martin, was a great place to go and eat.

Well-located comfortable house, two minutes from the high street and a ten minute leisurely stroll to the harbour area. Quirky upside down layout, the upstairs kitchen-living space was very comfortable. The downstairs has the bedrooms and shower room. The outside space is a lovely surprise with a real sun trap in the corner. We spent a comfortable three days here, thank you very much! We’d happily recommend it.

The place was better than it’s description. It was ver clean and easy to find. Despite being close to the high street and the sea front, it was very peaceful. The parking is a real bonus and the cottage had everything we would have wanted and more. I would definitely recommend and we would book again.

Rosemary’s place was a lovely, light and roomy place. A lovely wee backyard unfortunately it rained the whole time so couldn’t use it. Good to stay for a few days or more. Close to some beautiful and dramatic scenery and lovely coastal walks. Great place for a family or 2 couples.

we've loved our stay at Pebbles. host was accommodating and stay was in a great location with lots of amenities to help with the stay (the kettle was even limescale free!!!! ) lots of information provided about the local area too. rules was easy to follow especially with children! we'd definitely return! thanks for a great start

Lovely stay in a spotless home. Lots of instructions to help find property and have an easy check in. Very spacious, really nice gardens which would be ideal in summer. Short walk to the harbour and local restaurants. Would recommend!

I took a bit of time to initially find the property as there are two properties with the same name within metres of each other and my Sat Nav took my to the Pebbles I didn’t want. After I did eventually find the place I was pleasantly surprised, the property is within easy reach of the main high street but not close enough to hear the pubs kick out or the day to day hustle and bustle of the town. It was clean and well maintained with plenty of space for a couple staying over. There is private parking though not on the property but a very short distance away. Not a bad find at all

Pebbles is a lovely cottage with everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Clean and modern throughout with very comfortable beds and plenty of comfortable seating. The upside-down layout means you can see the sea from the lounge window. There's a lovely mature little garden with seating areas and a sea view. It's in a good location for the town, although access is up a very steep hill, which could be a problem for some people. Having said that, Ilfracombe is a hilly place and the dedicated parking space is close to the property. All in all a great place to stay, highly recommended.

We stayed here for only two nights, but it was well worth it for our first trip to Ilfracombe. The cottage is in a perfectly central location, and we found once we had parked our car we could easily walk to most of the towns attractions. The cottage itself is really spacious and modern with everything you would need and was spotlessly clean when we arrived. The hosts were very responsive and arrival details were really specific and easy to understand. We would certainly love to stay here again on our next trip to Ilfracombe.

Excellent stay. Beautiful 2 bed cottage close to everything but still mostly quiet (in mid April). Everything is as advertised. Lost a star in the cleanliness section (still 4 stars) due to a blocked shower plughole, and a very slight smell of dogs in the upstairs living area. 5 stars overall though since we knew dogs were and have been welcome and we bought some Draino from a convenience store that's 2 minutes walk away to fix the blocked pipe overnight. This is a really great location in Ilfracombe and our stay was very comfortable.

A lovely stay at Rose Mary’s place this weekend. Very clean, comfortable, cosy and warm on a cold winters day. Great location near the high street and a convenient car parking spot too. Would definitely stay again - we didn’t want to leave!
