Beautiful place in stunning location. Interior of the house is beautiful with some fabulous art. The pool is gorgeous as are both outside seating areas. And you can see the sea!

I recently stayed at Theoharris’s villa for my 30th birthday with family. Unfortunately the villa needs a lot of maintenance and updating to reflect anything of the photos that were taken quite some time ago. We actually decided to leave the villa after 1 day but Theoharris was prompt and responsive as a host. He offered a full refund to me and I appreciate his prompt action on this.

Second stay in this house still as clean and pleasant. Ideal size for couple. Note: the excellent welcome and responsiveness of Kostas on site. A small suggestion: some storage shelves in the bath would be appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at the Aphroditis House. Good communication, good location, very quiet, close to a pristine beach. The house was perfect for our group of 6.One of the two bedrooms has an independent entrance, but it wasn’t an issue for us as My teen can sleep in this room alone. The house was very clean, and we appreciated the cleaning ladies coming during our stay. The only think I can add is the showers need a little peint refresh otherwise everything was perfect. I recommend this rental

We absolutely loved our time in Ampelas and the villa. Such a special place with lots of cute reading nooks, sofas and dining spots (three different table options). The villa is really big and has a lovely, very private garden. Communications with the host was great and super timely. The house manual is comprehensive and very useful, with great suggestions for food and markets. The house was extremely clean, and lovely and discrete cleaners came three times when we were there. The location is good, just a 10 min drive from naousa and the shops, but you definitely need a car as there are no shops in walking distance and the roads near Ampelas are not well kept and not great at night. The only negative aspect are the beaches next to the house, they are very cute and there is nobody else, but not great for swimming as very rocky and and not much space to sunbathe (the beach itself is slightly dirty and not very well kept). Overall lovely time and would definitely recommend and come back!

Traditional Greek house tastefully renovated. In a very quiet neighborhood. The house is functional and very well-equipped. We did not meet Theoharis but all the exchanges were efficient and friendly. You will have a very pleasant stay in this beautiful house and we enjoyed the pretty pool.

Very nice stay in this villa!!! The location is ideal for being quiet and at the same time close to Naoussa. Mandatory vehicle, the host put us in touch with a local landlord where everything went very well. Thanks again for the great week

The house is great, great location 10 minutes drive from Naoussa, and minutes from the port of Ampelas. A 5-minute walk away are two small coves with very few people. We had a great time.

Great. The house is exactly as pictured. Welcome, availability and service, especially in the taxi resa for getting around, are to be highlighted. Recommended without hesitation. I will come back.

An excellent stay altogether. The house is indeed as shown in the pictures. During our stay, there were some construction works ongoing nearby. However, we were not really distrurbed. We had a great time and enjoyed what the island has to offer, despite covid. Many thanks to Ritsa for facilitating our stay too!

We enjoyed a lovely one week-stay at this beautiful pleace on earth. The house is amazing and well equiped! But the best thing is the outside space withe the pool and the grill, where you can enjoy some drinks or have a nice bbq, surrounded by beautiful greens! We would always come back!

Very nice house, with a beautiful garden, a lot space and a very nice pool. The house is exactly as described and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The location is also great, very quiet and close to the Ampelas and Noussa. Very nice restaurants and local tavernas are not far away from house. We can only recommend this house, and it also fits perfect for a family vacation.

Amazing villa in a quiet area but only a short drive from Naoussa. We spent plenty of time beside the pool and bbq area, perfect for all of our young family to enjoy. Theoharis was a very responsive host and the team were extremely helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a very nice holiday at the house. The house is exactly as it is on the pictures. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine. The house was very clean. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and the pool is very relaxing. We recommend it.

Really lovely villa. Great to stay somewhere with so much lovely outside space and a real, quiet holiday feel. We loved the local beaches that we had to ourselves most days - amazing. And while we did explore some parts of the island, we enjoyed strolling up to the tavernas and beach bars of Ampelas most of all. Thanks for a great break!

We had a great time at the villa in Ampelas. The villa is really beautiful and comfortable both inside and out with the pool and the 3 dining areas. The staff comes regularly to clean the house and pool in a very discreet way and always with a smile. The house is close to the very nice little port of Ampelas with a cute little beach and restaurants. Otherwise, a 10-minute drive away is the extremely dynamic and festive town of Naousa. In summary, we had a great time in Paros and in very good conditions.

Very nice house, great location, highly recommended. Couple of observations - the villa’s second bedroom which has a separate entrance is not connected to main house. On the privacy side the property is slightly overlooked by house next door and house may be accessed by people doing maintenance (advance notice would help). Fantastic stay anyway, thanks for the bottles of wine too.

We had a great time at Aphrodite house. There is a beautiful, big and private pool ; a nice sea view ; a really nice and quiet garden around the pool. The house is very well furnished (everything is brand new) and with plenty of equipments (washing machine, dish washer...). It is really suitable for 4 people (2 couples for instance or family), because it has 2 real bedrooms (the one in the basement has a private entrance and bathroom). You will be comfortable at four or even 5 people. Also, it was perfectly clean. It's been very easy to communicate with Theoharis and he has been very helpful when we had to extend our stay due to a sea-men strike. About the surroundings of the house, it is quite lost in a rural area (also very quiet). But it's only about 15min drive from the center of Naoussa (which is super nice with plenty of bars and restaurants). 5 minutes drive from Ambelas beach (you can park along the beach, cross the beach and go to the taverns of the village). We had a great time at this house and would love to come back one day :)

We came in June, it was very quiet . The house is pretty , with pool and sea view in the distance . The renovation of the house has just been completed, it's good for 2 couples. There are many steps and each room has a different level so it is not recommended with children. The location is great, 10 minutes from the harbor beach which is quiet and with sand. Very good tavernas near the harbour, too. But no groceries or bakery in the village. The owner did not welcome us himself but is very responsive on the phone.
