A truely elegant property hidden in the picturesque residential old harbor Spetses area, literally only a couple of minutes walk from the island's best bars and restaurants! Its a cozy small-sized appartment with modern minimal design, in off-white and dark grey/black details mood and incredible ergonomic use of the space, featuring a fully equipped concealed kitchen, an open glass wardrobe, variable transparency glass wall and door to the bathroom, king size bed, designer sofa and lot of nice artwork. Bathroom with nice marble sinks and shower area. Sliding doors with full height mirrors between living room and bedroom provide sleeping privacy while using the rest of the appartment. On the outside a nice secluded veranda extending to a private garden of lemon, orange and olive trees, with ambient night lighting and illuminated pots with basil and herbs, makes it a perfect spot for late night relaxing with a glass of wine! An amazing overall property that we plan to visit again!

Great apartment! An amazing place that made us feel like we were in a luxury hotel! Everything has been placed with great care in the space creating harmony and functionality at the same time. We were thrilled with the bathroom and the blurry glass wall! His household equipment met all our needs. Great mattress & very comfortable couch. The cleanliness was very good. The location is great, very close to the Old Port and all the restaurants / bars. Our host was always available and willing. We look forward to visiting again.

Our stay was a unique experience in a great studio, which is nothing short of a 5-star suite! Very clean space, perfectly functional and fully equipped. The wine restorer impressed us! 2 min walk to the Old Port and at the same time very quiet! We enjoyed the peace in the garden and slept on a very good mattress. Theocharis is always willing to help us with anything we need. Definitely going back!

I have never seen such a modern place in Spestes, Amazing place. The host was very responsive and helped us find a quad last minute. Felt like luxury hotel room & service. Room was spacious, clean, everything needed was there: coffee, speaker, water, beverage, wine cellar, washing machine etc. Air conditioner worked very well, bathroom was very modern. 30sec walk from Old Harbor with all the restaurants and the bars, Honestly quite perfect place, no negative point.
