We stayed for 9 nights - 4 adults, 2 kids. There was a slight issue with main bathroom shower but was resolved by day 3. Overall it was a great experience with location accessible to public transportation. Needs some updating and a good deep clean, but overall served our purposes of having enough larger beds and 3 separate rooms.

Great location - 15 mins walk to Ealing Broadway station, only 1 stop away from Paddington station on Elizabeth Line; private parking space is available; lots of restaurants and shopping choice around, you can get everything in walking distance; the park opposite to the premise is very nice, high recommend for a morning or evening walk Facility - the premise is well equipped with everything you need; clean and tidy; we stay for 2 weeks and offered once cleaning service in between. The host is helpful and responsive; allow us for early check in which I high appreciate as we arrive in morning flight with elderly. We check out on time but the host allow us to keep the car until 5 pm when we leave for the airport which makes our trip more convenient There is a light bulb burnt out in living room, the host arrangement the change immediately on the following day Though the price is quite expensive, highly recommend to stay with a big family

Pet fees may apply. • Check-in is 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM. • We charge a refundable damage deposit of £300 to all guests. The lead guest's credit card will be pre-authorised prior to check-in being arranged. This will be released following an inspection of the apartment after check-out. • Verification by Superhog is a condition of the stay. We have a zero-tolerance policy to: • Smoking • Parties or events • Illegal activity including, but not limited to, drug use, drug dealing, prostitution, pop-up brothel. • Visitors without prior agreement from the host, additional undeclared guests and any nuisance or anti-social behaviour. • Business activity - businesses may not be run or operated from this property. Any guests found to be engaging in these activities will be breaking the house rules and terms and conditions of stay. They will be required to vacate the property immediately and no refunds will be given. If guests do not leave when requested by our team a security company will attend to remove them from the premises and the cost of this will be borne by the guest. Please help us to return your deposit in full by observing the house rules listed above and below: 1. We are required to comply with the 'Immigration Hotel Records Order (1972)' by collecting the booker's ID before check-in. Entry will be refused for failing to provide it. 2. Guests are required communicate their expected time of arrival in advance so we can be available to meet them at the property with the keys at check-in. 3. For the consideration of our neighbours, noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00 as the apartment is in a residential building. 4. Guests are expected to take care of the apartment and its contents. If there is an accident and something is broken or damaged as a result, please let us know as soon as possible and always before you check-out. 5. No items are to be removed from any apartments or dismantled in any way. Any damage to the property, or items found to be missing when the property is inspected after check-out, will be deducted from the deposit. Furniture is not to be moved within the apartment to reduce the likelihood of damage to the apartment and its contents. 6. If additional undeclared guests are found to have been allowed to stay, or if a guest loses the key set, we reserve the right to change the locks and key set at a charge of £200 7. Guests must check out by 10am unless a late check out has been agreed in advance with Tailored Stay as this impacts on the property being ready for incoming guests. Guests that have not agreed a late check out will incur a charge of £50 for every 10 minutes that our housekeeping staff is delayed after 10am. 8. Please run the dishwasher and take the rubbish and recycling out before you check-out. 9. If specialist cleaning is required (for example carpet cleaning to remove a stain), or an excessive amount of time to return an apartment to its previous state (i.e. glitter) we will charge an additional fee of £150. 10. We reserve the right to charge £250 (in addition to the general cleaning charges) for specialist cleaning to an apartment and/or its contents where it is left in an exceptionally bad condition or if we believe smoking has taken place in the apartment. 11. Any guests found to be breaking the house rules will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued.
