Avoid 1) downstairs flat is a building site, unsafe as children can just walk into garden full of materials. 2) strong smell of gas emitting from boiler vent in arrival, according to other residents had been issue for ‘weeks’ so host had done nothing. We called the gas board and they reported high CARBON MONOXIDE level outside property and high flammability reading. Then we had to have the boiler switched off for a whole day so no hot water or heating. They did offer us hotel for one night but it was 9pm at night and with a toddler you cannot just relocate at this time. They should have picked up on this issue before we arrived. 2) Host tried to charge us for repair of toaster when the handle came off during normal operation. They admitted they were just trying to get the money off their insurance from air BnB. This is disgraceful as they accused us of damaging it when it clearly had malfunctioned due to normal wear and tear. 3) beds very uncomfortable and dirty hallway

The apartment is spacious and warm. The location is a fair train ride from the city. Other than that it was a good experience and suited the needs of a couple and their adult daughter

Love the location! Only a few minutes walk to Ealing Broadway station. Spacious and comfortable older flat for 2 adults. Very flexible and responsive host! We would stay here again.

No items are to be removed from any apartments or dismantled in any way. Furniture is not to be moved within the apartment to reduce the likelihood of damage to the apartment and its contents. 6. If additional undeclared guests are found to have been allowed to stay, or if a guest loses the key set, we reserve the right to change the locks and key set at a charge of £250 7.
