Set in the Popular Residence Le Lutetia’ building , your apartment can be found on the 2nd floor accessed either by the stairs or lift which brings out directly outside the front door.

THE Building :
Set in the Popular Residence Le Lutetia’ building , your apartment can be found on the 2nd floor accessed either by the stairs or lift which brings out directly outside the front door.
INSIDE :
This second floor apartment has two lovely bedrooms; the first with a kingsize bed and the second with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath with a shower option and a separate Wc. The apartment has an open living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen area with a dishwasher, catering for your whole party. The double doors open onto a lovely balcony, with a great overview of the street below. The apartment also comes with wifi, satellite Tv and a coffee machine.
OUTSIDE :
This central property is the perfect location for those looking to enjoy the lively atmosphere that Chamonix has to offer throughout the winter and summer seasons.
GREAT Location :
You are in the heart of Chamonix but still close to the Aiguille du Midi and Brévent Plan Praz gondola giving you a perfect location to enjoy everything the valley has to offer. The nearest mini supermarket is just round the corner.
GETTING Around :
Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person.
USEFUL Bits :
Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. Please ask if you have any questions.

Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive comprehensive information on how to find the apartment before you arrive.
PARKING :
The apartment is on the central part of the pedestrianised high street, You have a dedicated parking space in the underground parking of another building directly behind the apartment. Chamonix Holidays will provide you with a detailed map and video of how to access the parking in your arrival details.
Summer top tip - This great location is close to lots of bars and restaurants, however the wine merchant at the end of the highstreet called Cha’cha’cha is the best spot for a glass of rose on a summer afternoon, with their wide variety of choices and excellent view of the Glacier des Bossons.
Winter top tip - Take advantage of this great location to try out the apres ski at the iconic Folie Douce.

It was a brilliant apartment, and worked well for family of 4 (2 teenagers!). Immaculate presentation, with great facilities in kitchen. Wash machine very useful! The area was exactly what we wanted, but you know that the main street remains noisy into the evening, and with morning deliveries (for the double room only, as the twin is around the corner). The garage was very near, and instructions brilliant to get in and out. We had small issue gaining entrance, but the hosts came super quick to help. We were also missing a garage key, but a spare was located and brought to us the very next day. Highly recommend if you are looking for a bustling centre of town experience with everything on the doorstep from restaurants, to a Spar next door! Thank you Chamonix Holidays.

The appartement is located in the main street of Chamonix which is very convenient to access all the shops and restaurants. The appartement is very spacious and has all the amenities. The check in is super easy the instructions are vert clear. I highly recommend it.
