The property has a typical alpine décor with wood panelling and an open plan living area, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is reasonably equipped, and there is a dining table for 6. The property has one bedroom with a set of bunk beds, a double bed tucked away on the mezzanine floor and two single sofa beds. There is a newly renovated bathroom, with a shower/bath option along with a ski locker on the first floor

GREAT Location :
You are in the lively hub of ChamSud, close to the Aiguille du Midi lift station and and main bus station giving you a perfect location to enjoy everything the valley has to offer. The nearest mini supermarket is just round the corner along with many bars and restaurants, coffee shops, launderette and ski rental.

GETTING Around :
Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person.

USEFUL Bits :
If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. Please ask if you have any questions.
YOUR Arrival :

Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive comprehensive information on how to find the apartment before you arrive.

PARKING :
You will have access to the underground parking in ChamSud. Chamonix Holidays will provide you with all the details you need before your arrival.

Summer top tip - Take the Aiguille du Midi up to the mid station where there are many incredible hikes to be found, our favourite is along the Grand Balcon Nord to Montenvers; the height offers an incredible view of the whole valley.

Winter top tip - Moody’s coffee roasters is just about the corner - stop off for one of their legendary cinnamon rolls and famous coffees before your big day on the slopes.

The best thing is the location. Wifi worked well Basement parking. The apartment's living room and dining area were spacious, with a large Velux window on the ceiling and a window with breakfast counter overlooking the plaza and gondola. The master bedroom is on a loft open to the living room and with the sloping ceiling, only the bed could be accessed on one side and on the feet. Really tiny second bedroom with a bunk bed and no window. Bathroom room also very small and no ventilation, there was a small exhaust fan that didn't work and no space to leave the usual utensils. The shower was very small, an uncomfortable half bathtub. And finally, the kitchen. New glass and working perfect, dishes and cutlery well, normal pots and pans were burned and dirty, we called the host and he quickly brought us a new set of three pans. The building and the apartment need to be removed. But we really enjoyed the stay, without a doubt.

The location of the apartment is ideal, with walking access to shops, restaurants, cable cars, swimming pool. Communication with the host was not seamless. I ended up fixing the burnt stove problem myself found in the closet on arrival. It took me a while to find the entrance to the underground parking lot and the pedestrian access to the building to get out of this labyrinth parking lot. It would have needed more explanation, because my badge only worked on the access to building B. So if we didn't find the right exit, we got stuck in the basement. And outdoor parking is always full. The window is very close to the neighbors' balcony, and in the summer, as it was open all the time, we had their late conversations in all languages, without them even knowing that we heard everything since we didn't have a balcony. But from this window we had magnificent views of the midday needle.

Great location next to pretty much everything! The host was really helpful with check in and check out! The place is very snug for 6 adults but the host did let me know prior to booking. Would definitely use again

Staying in "camping" mode in an apartment almost without convenience, at 2 it was already limited, good luck if you come to 6: almost no place to put your things - and nothing in the bathroom, even the slightest shelf or towel holder), no storage in the kitchen, 2 beds in a faux closet without ventilation (is it only legal??), no sockets to connect to practical places, thin and uncomfortable mattress, blinding ceiling light above the top bed and no night light, the cutlery is absolutely not intended for 6 people (only 1 bowl! We left three more...! Only 4 cups, 4 chairs around a simili table...!!); in the bathtub, you take your feet in a curtain that is too long, which is not wide enough > you water everywhere while trying to take a shower. Not to mention that the floor is very worn, the apartment has traces of decades of use, these old fabrics impregnated with bad smells on the "sofas" informed from the bottom, the apartment is in a noisy environment... it would not be so serious if you felt care taken so that we were well settled, it's not at all the case, we have never seen so expensive and poorly organized... What a shame!! On the other hand, the manager, even if a little long to respond because the code had not been communicated to us, was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, unfortunately, he can't make up for everything on his own.
