The open plan living room, dining room and kitchen caters for the whole party and in the summer you can open up the french doors and enjoy an aperitif on the terrace with a clear view over Les Houches. This great property makes a wonderful base for both summer and winter holidays. The apartment has a double sofa bed in the living room should you need to sleep a couple more, and an underground garage and ski locker if you decide to bring your car.

End of Stay Cleaning
On your departure we expect you to leave the property clean, and follow our check out instructions. We will then perform an enhanced clean ensuring all high-touch surfaces are sanitised, referring to our extensive check list while cleaning room by room, and using approved products and following local guidance.
Summer top tip - Les Houches is incredible for mountain biking, with many trails on your doorstep why not bring your bike or rent one to explore.
Winter top tip - Over the winter the ski school hosts a mulled wine evening once a week at the ice rink, as well as a torchlit descent of the neighbouring slope.

Cute, clean and comfortable apartment. Quiet area, with a nice view and close to the main amenities such as bar, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. Close to the town of Chamonix-Mont-Blanc and convenient to ski in the nearby resorts. The only negative note was the cost of changing sheets, which was unexpected. Considering the cost of the apartment and the length of the stay (10 days), a change of sheets included or offered at a more reasonable price would be useful.
