- A mezzanine can accommodate two additional people with a double bed

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha grill, ironing board and iron.

- A 20 m² balcony with an unobstructed view of the Roc des Tours.
Neighbourhood:
Very quiet location, with the ‘Serpentine’ ski slope right next to the residence.
The flat is ideally located in Le Grand-Bornand, in a very pleasant setting. You will be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main shopping street in the village of Chinaillon.
Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free near the flat.

Apartment very well located in a small chalet-type residence. A big plus for the terrace and the magnificent view of the mountains. The accommodation is located between Le Grand Bornand and Chinaillon, 2 villages with a lot of shops. We will gladly return to this very quiet and well-equipped apartment. Just a shame the arrival cleaning left something to be desired (crumbs and hair on the floor, a lot of dust under the beds) but bathroom, bedding and toilet clean. Excellent welcome from the agency, which was always responsive and welcomed us.

We stayed with 5 adults and a child in this accommodation and everything went well: it is well located near the slopes (ideal for going down the little ones for ski lessons in the Charmieux), quiet and peaceful environment, mega terrace that must be even more appreciated in summer! Very complete accommodation and having everything to have a good stay (small downside to the dishwasher that did not always work, faucet leaking in the bathroom) but it does not taint the great value for money! Many bedrooms, the two bathrooms are very nice, functional kitchen and cozy living room although a little small! We will be back! ❤️
