Cocoonr offers this charming 150 m² loft-style flat for rent in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, which can accommodate up to 10 people. Located on the 3rd floor (with lift), it comprises a lovely 43 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, four good bedrooms and three bathrooms (with bath or shower). Wifi (fibre optics), we're waiting for you!
First floor:
- A large 43 m² living room with sofa and wood-burning stove opening onto an open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 3: with a pull-out bed (180x200) and a bunk bed (sleeps 2)
- Bathroom with shower
- A bathroom (with bath), washing machine and tumble dryer
- A 13 m² balcony
- A utility room
- Separate WC
Upstairs, on the mezzanine :
- TV area with double sofa bed
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (140×190) and en-suite shower room
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Jean-de-Sixt, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the parking space available in the basement. A 30 m² garage with two spaces and a space outside are also available.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Annecy station 30 km away (approximately 35 minutes). A shuttle bus is available 300 m from the flat.
- Nearest airport: Geneva airport, 70 km away (approx. 1 hour).
- Wood-burning stove: wood not provided
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- Two pets (cat or dog) are accepted for a supplement of €15/stay. Please specify when booking.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave it in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.

Pleasant stay in this beautiful apartment, well equipped and very comfortable. Absolutely no complaints! When we arrived everything was very clean and tidy. The welcome by Christophe was perfect, very friendly with an adaptation to our schedules. The garage was very convenient for storing bikes. 100% recommended
