The chalet and its location are great! Cocoon is extremely responsive. Our stay went very well! The 1st floor apartment deserves a renovation but everything works properly. Four remarks/suggestions: There is no basic housekeeping, oil, salt, pepper, rubbish bags, etc. When we arrived we found a very small box with a very small shampoo, a very small soap. That's nice, but for a 15-person accommodation, it's ridiculous. It is too hot in the house and impossible to adjust the heating. Unable to connect to wifi, no code. Apart from these remarks, we would return without hesitation.
